Extremely unhygienic dirty with bad odors on the bedsheet's bathrooms unclean with bad smell

bed are too much, not working tv , rooms are not good , servent are not giving well service . they chang cells only o e remote to another remote . remote is also very bad position. We stay only 3hours reason is too too much bed bugs .

I had spent almost 7. 6k for two rooms through make my trip, but when enquired at hotel they were charging only 4k for two rooms. I expected some surge through make my trip but not a double. Also there was no hot water to bath and there were bugs in the rooms. I cannot even express my feelings for the same. Totally we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the stay in both ways ( amount spent for rooms and services provided)

It was worst stay. No peoper service. No hot water. There were bedbugs, so couldn't sleep all night. And even after booking with full advance payment, additional rs 500 was asked at the time of check in, which i refused to pay.

Worst stay, worst hospitality even worst rooms. Very rude hot staff and no professionality in dealing with families. Stinky toilets, torn furniture, soiled sheets. Overall i have not seen any stay worst than this. I would request mm t to cut off tie ups with such indecent hotels, which reflect bad on your part.

Hotel was uncleaned. Toilets were not clean plus there was a water shortage in the morning. And showers were not clean

We reached early in morning, before check in time, since our train reached at 8 05am. We were not given a room in spite of rooms being vacant, since the booking mentioned check-in at 12 pm. We were also told that we can cancel booking and take refund from make-my trip. Apparently the person at reception doesn't care for customers. We assured check out in 24 hours, to no help. It's sad that the person insisted that he would have given us room had the booking not mentioned check in time as 12 pm. That certainly was not a customer friendly approach. It was not possible to wait for four hours in the heat. So finally we checked in at another hotel and had to spend again for our stay. The booking was non refundable hence there was no point in contacting make-my trip. Our booking amount was wasted.

Not worth the paid amount, walls damaged, beds were not clean, bathroom door broken, lavatory sheet broken, the bed sheet was dirty. Not maintained properly.

Terrible stay. There was no water in the pot of washrooms. 2. Smelly rooms, 3. No tv in the room. 4. Ac light not blinking, ac not working properly, 5. 2 rooms for 2 days is very costly.

I pay for ac room and provide non ac room. No television in room. Water tank empty early morning. No chilled water or bisleri in hotel

The stay was adequate room space: fair room cleanliness: good toilet cleanliness: bad 50% of the time flush is not working even after reporting, no action from hotel management side location: very convenient. Near railway, bus station and restaurant. Hotel staff: friendly. No hot water. But the management has workarounds

Just few 100 metres from railway station and easy access to buses and autos for sight seeing at beyt dwarka and onward travel to dwarka
