Room door lock is not working. Then I replaced with another room. Water leakage from taps in bathroom. Room interior is also outdated. Food quality is good.But the utensils are very low quality. Room condition is not upto the mark.

Hotel Radhika Regency positive points: 1) Centrally located near to railway station 2) provides pickup n drop from nearest Bus stand and railway station 3) Courtesy staff 4)24 hours checkin check out with full 24 hours calculated for 1 day 5) in house restaurant food was excellent. Negative point: 1) assigned room kettle or tea bags had naphthalene ball smell. Did not use after first instance 2) bathroom door was not functioning due to previous water damages 3) bath towels had brown n yellow stains
