Decent stay. Location is nearby metro in market and the staff behavior was good although room lock seems to be broken.

the hotel has a perfect location The room I booked is a family room which was very clean , spacious with basic amenities like towel, water, tea maker, AC was perfectly working. The food was good with quick service. special car has taken in the hotel for security which I like most.

Stayed here with team for Exhibition in pragati maidan. Staff was very nice , location & Rooms were great. Tasty breakfast but limited menu.Highly Recommended in Karol Bagh for Shopping and Business stays as its 3-4 min walk from karol bagh metro.

Blanket and bedsheets not washed properly, no ac control remote, nothing works in wsshroom, continuous water leak. Worst place to stay.

Cons :- 1. No lift working 2. Room is not properly clean 3. No Tea facility available, after demand. 4. Just location is good 5. Overall i have paid approx 1900/- rs, this is worthy like only 1000 to 1200 rs Pros :- Good for early check in before 2 hours even staff was demaning 300 rs extra but aftet showing rule policy mentioned under make my trip recipt, they all set.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Karol Bagh, Delhi, and overall, my experience was quite good. Here’s a quick breakdown:

Stay was good. They accepted early check in. Staff, manager and owner all are very good and really cooperative.

the very first thing to note is the behaviour of reception counter which is RUDE. reception ask what food we brought with us from outside this seems quite misbehave. they even don't give us extra glass plate in the room to have food and said that their staff is busy in having dinner they will service us after 30 minutes when there staff will have dinner. room sizes quite short. don't go for complementary breakfast they will give either paratha or Puri that also in room and one cup tea only otherwise they will charge whatever you will have in breakfast

Hotel staff is no good , my hotel room was not clean, There was so many mosquitoes in my room. negative experiences with hotel staff and management,

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the room services were top-notch.I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure
