Hotel Rahil Plaza

I booked the hotel considering my previous stay there which was 7 years ago and it was satisfactory. However this time the hotel disappointed me completely. I believe there were hardly 3 or 4 guests in a hotel which can accommodate 50 at a time. Reception was always vacant with no one to attend. There was no maintenance at all. Even though the room was provided to us in a clean condition they didn’t clean it up again in evening even after we requested. Hygiene was satisfactory though. The geyzer was in working condition in both rooms i booked which is otherwise a big pain in other hotels. The food was unnecessarily expensive. They charged us 50rs for a tea and 80rs for boiled egg which contained 2 eggs. The paratha they provided was pathetic. It seemed half uncooked. Food was the most disappointing factor. Apart from this they didn’t provide a tooth paste even after we requested it. I had to go out and buy one for myself. The best part about this hotel was it is located right behind the main panchgani bust stop and also has a back door which opens straight into the bus stop that makes your walk into the market area very short and convenient. Overall i would rate them exactly 2. 5 out of 5 considering that they charge around 2500 bucks for a room with stay for 3 people max in one room. This is not exactly a value for money deal but it is cheap and can help you save money on the stay part so you can spend more else where. To summarise this i must say, *consider this hotel only for stay purpose if you are on a tight budget. Eat outside, even your breakfast. No. I already wrote all that was needed

The property is managed poorly. It cost 4000 bucks for a night but rooms were shaddy dirty linen

This hotel is located exactly behind st bus depot stand, u wil hear continues announcements of st bus depot from morning. Located in main market so u can access other things easily.

It was good visit at rahul plaza. Ambience is excellent. Hotel is near to market place

front of hotel is different and back side room was different 😡 it was like a lodge..

My family stay here and they were happy as the location and surroundings were very pleasant.

Hotel receptionist takes a very good amount of time to complete check in process which i didn’t observe in any other hotel. Secondly, the room that was given to us was stinky as i guess it wasn’t opened up for long time. No sanitation or room freshener in room. The floor was with dust. Food was good though. Ppl can dine in for food but i won’t recommend to stay here at-least for couples. Not worth it.

Not a good hotel for family. They are allowing bachelors who smokes and drink and hotels did not take any action against them. I cannot slept from 2 am to 6 am due tot-his. Average food quality.

Service was really poor, geyser was not working, room not clean, prices not mentioned for before check in and that they were charging on their price and not on what we paid at MMT.

Overall it is good for the stay but little bit costly.

The property was located just behind the bus stand. Easy to reach but Google maps don't locate it properly, it sends us to other Side of property. Food and rooms size was good. But due to old property there is always a smell in the room, the toilets were also had leaking taps.

Clean rooms and good food. Centrally locates.

Hotel is in the middle of the market just behind the bus stop so you will hear continuous announcements. Moreover the rooms are small, swimming pool is just for the name sake and overall the experience wasn't good
