Best location, great place to stay near to the lake. But over priced but okay for the comfort level. Around 6 cars can be parked at the parking facility. Also the hospitality of the people who is serving breakfast would be commented and they are really helpful and good on their work. Nice breakfast for the whole stay we had. The receptionist were behaved well and answering the questions properly with clarity. You can speak both english and tamil and malayalam there. All over is good and what i found there as missing is aur circulation and air conditioning. Also there are few noise from outside which can be avoided by the sound proof. The kettle for water is looks like broken but was working for the purpose. Also, the internet connectivity was fable especially the wifi.

A gem of a HOTEL RAINDROPS for a comfortable stay. Near to the lake yet at the centre of the town, gives access to other restaurants. Very clean with excellent liveries and toiletries and tastefully furnished. Hotel staff is very polite and quickly responsive. The only drawback, if it can termed so, is that only vegetarian fare is available but the restaurant serves excellent food. The negatives are the rooms have no cross ventilation and unless you insist might end up with a windowless room. The window they say is actually a french door. Double check what type of of room you are getting. I was given a room which they call as rustic but is the basic room type. When i refused alternative room was given with additional charges.

Excellent location, courteous yet professional staff, amazing setup; leaves less to want for. Mr jay, the manager, ashwin the support staff, people from cream centre were the perfect cauldron of everything, for a very good and fun fulled stay. Every attraction at a short distance is what made the stay a pleasant one too. The only drawback seen is for lazy bums who would rather kickback and stay in the HOTEL RAINDROPS itself than enjoy the place fully.

Prime location and the food, particularly breakfast, sumptuous. Staffs were all professional, stepping in to help wherever they could especially the bro in the kitchen. In the dining room, you are struggling for something, you will always find someone next to you with a smile on their face asking you how to help. Excellent stay it was. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at HOTEL RAINDROPS raindrops. The HOTEL RAINDROPS is just a few minutes from the lake and the bus stand. Smart tv, with o ta subscription available. Kettle, high-speed internet. The food was delicious, many varieties were available for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay, recommendable to everyone

It was a nice stay, well maintained neat and clean. Hot water available all the time and good ambience. Breakfast was super 👌

Location is near lake and close to all amenities and restaurants. Stay was pleasant and service was excellent and courteous. Breakfast was also good.

Stay was nice and staffs were good in dealings and everything. Rooms are not that spacious but located at the centre of town so easy accessibility to all main spots. So im giving 4 out of 5. So overall nice experience for me.

Highly recommend, clean rooms and safe location. Easy accessible, nearer to kodaikanal lake (walkable distance, bus stand and coakers walk. We stayed for one day and the staffs were polite. The complimentary breakfast was too good.

Good, clean, mid budget HOTEL RAINDROPS. Staff polite, helpful and well behaved. Property close to lake and intro town site seeing locations. Recommended.

Overall experience was good, it was safe and comfortable, i was worried about network but i didn't face any network issues and the environment was clean. Overall i was satisfied and enjoyed the stay.

liked the property . it is centrally located and easily accessible all tourist spots. only thing need to be improved is room service. they did not fill the soaps and shampoo on day2 . also room is not provided with AC and fan though for kodaikanal weather in December it is not necessary

Awesome stay in raindrops, hospitality and food was too good. Also helped on arranging the cab for site seeing as well. All the staffs are very helpful and kind.

Hotel rain drop at kodaikanal is an excellent place to stay we had a great experience. Food was amazing. Over the top location was very great easy to access lake and local market
