Not as expected. premium room with bad pillow and sheets. bathroom floor was broken. small curtain not covering the whole window. Bad experience

Worst no hygiene just like sleeping in a garbage with dust and mites. Urine smell all over the place.

The room is good.But the maintenance is bad the walls are full of dust. The washroom is not clean The sheets are not clean

Cleanliness wise the space is really bad, badly maintained rooms and washrooms, there was a strange smell from the room I was allotted first then asked for a room change.

Comparatively 5th floor rooms are not good

The location of hotel was slightly inside the main road . The room was neat but the bathroom was small and not well maintained. Bath Towel given to me was torn and old . Kellogs given the breakfast tasted very bad . The flakes were fluffy and not crunchy

Yes it was good but need to improve on cleanliness other staff n ambience is good and can have inbuilt restaurant

1- No one in the hotel was for cleaning stayed 4 Days not a single day cleaning is not done by any one. 2-As per the Charges it was not up to the mark. 3-The restaurant is not operational 4- In the washroom itself the gate is like I am living in lodge room . very poor experience during my 4days of time. I ll never book in future

MakeMyTrip given discount saying that you have provided offers but for walkin guests they are giving with low price than you. And also they are giving low preference to MMT guest's

Location was good. Had some bad smells every day on 1st floor.room service was unavailable.Toilet tissues not provided their hotels. Most ugly thing is Break fast.Everyday they make their south indian food "IDLI". Actually IDLI is not possible to eat at breakfast for without south indians people.No chapatis, no omlet.I wanted a omlet once a day they charged me 3 omlet, each 80 Rupees.Very expensive with their hotel qualitied.3 Star, 4 star hotel not charged a Egg Omlet 80 Rupees.

There were roaches in the bathroom, pillows were stinking and the room itself was not clean. Room service was quick though

The property is in the heart of the city and very nearer to Metro station. Also the property is very neat and the staff were very much cooperative and the breakfast is very good. It is also having so many restaurants nearby and room is very spacious and wonderful.

Need to maintain cleanliness of the room; the lift was non-operational, so I had to climb to the 4th floor.

no fuss hotel. only advantage is the proximity to US VAC in hyderabad with a walking of 12-15 mins. amenities are pretty basic but with the price and location advantage it works

Overall a good stay. Food was good stay was clean. Room service was on point. Would recommend others. Little expensive for a night but manageable

Worth for money. Rooms, Food, services everything is very good. Overall I had a good experience with this hotel.
