Very rude staff, they will not at the reception. They will not reply you then you want something. They have already mentioned on the app and instead they will ignore you while your confronting them and ask you to cancel it after you have checked in. I would not recommend going here because it's the worst experience.

Nice experience. Location is nice n quiet. Near Kalva Chouk, so you will find local transport easily.

extremely poor behaviour of staff, the bed meant not to be of a hotel of 3 k for one night,terribly aweful oily breakfast

Food was not good . Location is not convenient. Bathroom was not clean and very bad smelling in the bathroom, no proper ventilation

The room knob was not working properly washroom was not clean and even bed sheet was charged extra 9rs for mineral bottle ideally the price is 20rs

Location - Prime Amenities - Basic, below average not worth the price. Food - Good, Options were less. Majority of the items were not there as mentioned on the menu. Breakfast menu was limited. Services - Excellent

Hotel is quite ok. Not so clean. Bed and bedding was not clean. First day no breakfast was provided because staff did not come till 9 am. Second day we got breakfast but after a lot if follow ups. Staff is not supportive.

Raivat in is really very nice all staff very good .. Location also good I suggest to all..reginable rate and also food in room service. Like it

There are room cleaning issues. Breakfast & Dinner timings are not perfect and also staff update required regarding what they have to serve the customers for what they book the room types are also disclosed them prior.

Room is okay okay type and bathroom was so small. And pricing is high compared to pricing. Restaurant working hours are not available after 3 pm.

Room service and facility can be more better. They even didnot provide the mug to bath. Bathroom was small

No cleanliness, bedsheets were with stains and was given an old room with lot of dust on walls.Walls are thin as paper where someone walking in corridor can be heard inside. Any sound/ conversation in surrounding rooms can be heard.

Worst experience , rooms not hygienic,food also tasteless and serving plates was not clean, not sleep well at night due sound of talking due to consider this we checked out one day before without taking refund, this is so terrible further
