The property was under construction which the owner made it clear after being contacted but what i didn't like was that the common area including the stairs that led to our room were also not being kept clean. Also, while booking we saw that the property has restaurant services but after we reached there we found out that even that is also not available which could also be again due to their ongoing construction. The staff was helpful though. That's the only positive i would say it has currently. Maybe once their construction is complete the property will offer better services but for now it offers only average experience.

familyDon't book this hotel. Rooms are in basement without any cross-ventilation of air & light. No proper power back-up. Staff & owner don't know what to to after the power failure. Hotel is under construction, rooms are in basement only. It was terrible experience of my life. Bar is adjacent to hotel running till midnight. In mid night i have to change the hotel with almost paying double money. Don't waste your money & it have safety issue also.

The hotel is under construction and does not mention anything. They do not have much room in case the guest wants to exchange the rooms. Also the flush was not working and the food is average and less in quantity.

Rooms are too small and hotel is under construction, they have given me the room in basement which was not expected. Due to construction we see dust everywhere which is not pleasant at all. So over all not that much great experience.

Sir Room Size and Floor is already Mentioned in the Room Details . so please read the details also . and the rooms are not that much small as you are telling its 169 sq feet area of room and 40 sq feet of Bathroom area . groupVery money minded hotel people and no standard at all. Do not trust upon seeing the photos shown as we ourselves were shocked upon reaching raj darbar as the reality does not match the photos at all! very unprofessional people. When we reached the hotel and said that we booked two rooms, staffs were blur n they said that they prepared only 1 room when we booked two rooms. Constructions going on and surrounding of the hotel looks terrible and no standard at all but they took so much of money. We left the hotel on the very night and didn't stay for even a day but this hotel people are so selfish that they refused to give refund. They really took so much of money! they are keeping under aged boy for work. Boy aged 10-11. Please do not trust the photos and book this hotel. U can find better hotel very near raj darbar hotel which is much cheaper than this and has better standards. When we discussed with some people near raj darbar hotel, they took said that it's a horrible hotel. Do not charge people so much when the place is not worth of paying that much of money.

Yes Hotel is under construction and renovation But Hotel Rooms and the Room premises is not disturbed by the Construction or renovation . Firstly Due to some miscommunication between the staff they told u about the single room but after confirming they Give you second room in sone minutes . Secondly You Got your refund after My approval. Thirdly The 10-11 age child as a staff you was seeing he was 19 years old staff due to less height and less hairs on his face doesn’t mean he 10-11 years if u want I can send u the Aadhar card of him. And lastly when a building under renovation or construction the building look change but at the time of construction the hotel is not going to upload his construction pic of hotel that see this is my hotel current state.
