Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee

I had stayed in Hotel Raj Mahal, Roorkee from 12-14 Nov 2019. The Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee is very good property and is very clean, spacious and resourceful. The hospitality wise also they are good. I reached Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee midnight and requested to keep food in room which they did. The Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee has a restaurant at 1st floor. The ambience is awesome and food quality is also good. The only minor con is the distance from Roorkee bus stand. It's located around 4 kms from the station. I could find e rickshaw with ease so the distances were OK for me. Overall, a good Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee worth staying.

Room is clean, spacious and well maintained with all requirements. But there hospitality is pathetic. We booked 20 days prior to our stay but when we reached there first they said room is not available saying that people who are staying in that room have not checked out and they offered us stay in other nearby cheap Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee room and after 1 hour argument they provided us another room in same Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee.

I believe that anyone who comes to roorkee should stay at Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee raj mahal. Reached at 3 am and showed my MakeMyTrip booking. Immediately, the room was shown. In the room hot water, bucket, mug, stool for sitting and taking bath, plug points, wide windows, water bottle, tea/ coffee preparation arrangements etc were in place.
Very perfect amenities. There was no dining hall but understand that it is under implementation.

Pros: Room and washroom are big, neat and clean. Staff is very good. Food quality is good. Cons: Location is not good. No buffet breakfast. Bad smell in dinning area even in washroom. Mattress are very bad, they need to change it quickly. Overall good Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee for 1 to 2 days of stay.

Well sanitized public as well as guest area everyone was following safety standards, rooms was well santized. Good location; clean bathroom; good breakfast; good check-in. Overall stay was amazing and would recommend to others as well. Location was excellent and service was like in time.

Rooms are big, clean and exceptionally well furnished. Very pleasant and comfortable. You can not get anything better than this Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee in Roorkee.

The Hotel is located on the highway so public transportation is the main issue. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rajmahal. Satisfied with overall service. I hope we will have good options in selecting tv channels in our next visit.

This Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkee is fantastic for a regular traveler weather alone or in groups. Foods are tasty and room is huge in size and all the amenities are provided by Hotel Raj Mahal Roorkeeiers.

It's a new property. Had some issues with electricity. But the staff was helpful and very friendly. Though there were some hiccups but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The property is located on the highway, away from the city. Food was good.
