This Hotel is very nice for staying with family.

Well service, awesome stay, value for money.

Manager behaviour was not good.

Good food, good facilities, good staff, memorable moments enjoyed lot.
Everything is fine. I enjoyed stay.

Room to be ready and ensure room no before check- in. It is repeated observation, room could not found ready after further arrival confirmation. Ambience ,. Linen of rooms and house keeping needs to more improve. Thanks.

Everything was good and up to satisfaction. It is a wonderful hotel at this price stay was comfortable. Staff is cooperative. Location is very good. It is situated out of city so peaceful area. Staff is good, food served was tasty and timely serviced. I rate this is one of the best hotel in katni.

Breakfast Buffet is just a formality, They just serve only 2-3 items. Service is poor. We have asked for Milk at 7 PM and it was finished. Moreover, the way it has been shown in the clips is different in reality. It's 1 Star Hotel. Its better to look for some other option. If Price is less then 1000 per Night then its worth it

Excellent ... Hotel staff and facilities was very good .. Location is so nice .. Rooms are big so much space in room. Very good budget hotel .. Need to improve bathrooms otherwise fully satisfied from hotel and service.

Nice and good hotel. Decent and pleasant rooms. Was travelling to my home town and took overnight stay in the hotel. Was happy to see the design and architecture of the hotel. Pleasant staff and humble.

It has good experience to stay here. Service has been good But facilities was average. I think it has been improve to facilities and bathroom cleaning ness. Totally it's a average experience to stay here.

This hotel is so old so feelings are like we are in a palace, food quality was good. Room service was not up to satisfactory level. Staff was co-operative. Location of this hotel is good if you coming by damoh Katni hiway, no need to inter the city you just before got this hotel to your left side without met of traffic of this city. Overall it was a good stay we can say.

Hotel Staff was very supportive .. ALTHOUGH I reached at midnight they sent the cab for attending me. Food was good seemed I ate at my own home, specially tava roti which you generally not found at restaurent .. Overall good experience .. And Hotel ROOM was very ggod.

It was a great stay here in this hotel as the value for money was excellent, the hotel staff was very supportive, the cleanliness, the rooms, the amenities, & every thing with this hotel was very nice & overall it was a great stay at this hotel. Will definitely stay here in future also.

The hotel staff is good and had tried to do the best to retain the customers but the basic facilities are not up to the mark. The intercom is not working. The electricity cut is there. The location is far away from the city and local market, no option of choice of food from outside and you have to take food at the hotel itself.

What a wonderful trip we had. I have never been to such good hotels like this. Specially when I was travelling with wife and kid. Hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. Room was very clean and a wonderful location. Everything was just the way we planned.. Thanks raj palace for making this stay memorable. Looking forward to come soon.

The look of the hotel is very royalistic and good. However the rooms aren't very clean along with the washrooms. Not bad and not too good even. The food is kind of okay Facility is not much. However a good budget stay.

The room was nice. The location, facilities, service and overall atmosphere was nice but that day a barat was also staying there in the hotel. They made noises whole night. Loud music, children playing making noise, running in the corridor all made my stay uncomfortable. My door was knocked many times in the night by the people by mistake. It was a sleepless disturbed night at that hotel for me.

Service & food is good. Station to hotel pick & drop facilities provided is good. Garden is also nice. Some improvement is required in water tap working (in one room one tap not work properly). Otherwise hotel is very good in katni city.

Rooms are very small and Puzzled Smells comes from All rooms Bathrooms are so dirty Not recommended to Any body. Not hyginic also Food quality is Also Average. The Hotel Need Full Renovation at this time. Rooms Height is also very Short. Look Like the Fan can drop any time on your head.

Hospitality is very poor. Restaurant is very bad. Food quality is very poor. My experience is very bad with this hotel. I would suggest to Make my trip to remove this hotel in your list. I am not happy with this.
