All facilities was very excellent and food was good

Excellent staff and hospitality. Very docile and professional. The hotel is located in the heart of city with multiple options of transport to and from. Hotel rooms are comfortable especially super deluxe room. Wifi and parking is available. Food too is very tasty.

Location was good situated at prime location of Ranchi Room was dirty not as shown in pictures lots of mark on wall and there was a smell irritating Room was not

It was a very terrible experience. The room was very smelling and the AC was continuously draining water even after complaining they didn’t changed my room not even help in getting it solved the toilet jet was also not working overall it was a very terrible experience and my room also got water logged 😢 i booked that hotel for 2 nights from 18 September to 20 September but i have to check out on 19th of September because of my terrible experience there . I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel my 1 day amount also got vanished because of this

Good hotel but the condition of this hotal is not at all. Some things are broken and not in good condition.

No such experience due to only one night stay. food quality average and chicken was not soft in Pokora. fresh lime drinks also found sand at bottom. breakfast not so much variance. overall food quality and variety not satisfied.

Again the food was good Staff behaviour was nice Parking place is nice decent Clening of hotel rooms was good Bathroom is the main problem where hotel management should work on it

I stayed in this hotel many times. Hotel is in good place. The behaviour of the hotel staff is nice but the condition of the room was terrible. bathroom was in very bad condition. Overall the experience is very bad.

Property is good and location is very good. Staffs are polite and behaviour is decent. Room and washroom is clean. Foods are also good and food quality and quantity is fine. Overall good to stay.

The property was horrible.First they have the most horrible room then We had to fight to get the room that we booked.

The corridor and rooms have Moldy smell, room was leaky. Our room was changed on complaint of leakeg of water from room. Food was average. Staffs were cooperative and humble. Found unclean tea maker in room which was replaced on request. The hotel need to have mold disinfection and proper random audit by management for housekeeping.

The hotel staff was ok , food wasn't tasty and up to mark . The rooms are average . The hotel néeds some maintenance for sure .

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They said breakfast would be a buffet, but it was just a few items and we had to order each one separately. The service was very slow. I also asked to add lunch, and they agreed but told me later it would only be a thali. The overall attitude was not very welcoming. I expected better.

The room which i selected on make my trip was 300 sq feet but the wich i got was probably 200_215 sq feet and ac was not working well No sleeper,dental kit was provided
