Hotel Raj - Surat

Best & worst part is the location, bang OPP Railway station. Travelling is easy, but at nights you are disturbed by the train & station noises. Surprised to receive MMT kit on check in, great job MMT guys. Though most of the stay was pleasant, the check out was a bit troublesome. The person on cash counter was adamant to levy extra bed charges (for kid) which was earlier discussed that it would not be charged. After few arguments and showing the MMT receipt the matter was sorted. Bell boys did great job.

I stayed in this Hotel Raj - Surat for the 5th time. Why? Because I like services provided by Hotel Raj - Surat. Also it's a very cost effective Hotel Raj - Surat. Cleanliness is good; Service is prompt. Food is also good. May be due to just opposite to railway track; some people feel disturbance, but I never feel it. Check in check out system is also fast. WiFi having good speed. So what's required. They are providing everything in very good budget. So according to me ; it's value for money.

Hotel Is Good But Room Is Not As Seen In Pictures, Staff and Check In Counter's Behaviour Is Doughty. Hotel Do Not Have Restaurant. They take foods from outside and serve you to your room. I Suggest To Don't Order Any Thing From Hotel Menu, Just Go Outside And Eat Food From Any Nearby Restaurant I asked that Is Here any Place To enjoy or something Else like hangout than He replies me rudely That Nothing. So Should Work On Their Behaviour.

The first and foremost advantage of the Hotel Raj - Surat is it's location. It is located just beside the Surat railway station and one can view the station from the room itself. Breakfast was okay. Room is spacious. Staff are cooperative enough. My main concern was that in the washroom there was no faucet. Otherwise this is a value for money Hotel Raj - Surat definitely.

Have been there several times, we prefer and even recommend the Hotel Raj - Surat for sweet short trip, the staff is good and co-operative, and as it's near the station, overall Good Hotel Raj - Surat near the railways station, service is good, has a parking place which can handle 2-3 vehicles! Cleanliness can be improved

It was good stay over there and staff was cooperative. Room was cleaned well arranged, internet facilities was very good. They provided the heavy and healthy breakfast. One very helpful thing was for me that I reached at 5:00am in morning but they did not charge anything extra as we know that check in time is 12:00 Noon

Room was nice and well maintained. Hotel staff was friendly and quite supportive. However, I have complaints with Hotel location it is located exactly opposite to railway station (presumably busiest area in Surat) Hotel windows aren't insulated well to mask off sounds of trains which can make your stay really annoying!

Room bathroom is in very bad condition, the AC was not working. Location wise is good but its not worth the money charged by them A very good Hotel Raj - Surat. Stayed there during my official tour. They are a true value for money . Easy to locate, good rooms and a great staff.

Hotel is good and clean and the service is also good. I stayed there for second time with my family and did to have any issues so I will definitely recommend it.

The locations of the Hotel Raj - Surat is good as we get easy mode of transport. The room service provided is good. Regarding cleaniness, the room is kept clean and airy Food to have as the quality of food is good and the rate is also reasonable very nice stay
