worst experience with the staff sitting at reception or others. I have to wait in the reception for half hour because the reception staffs were busy in billing others and lady staff standing and was not aware of her responsibility to give the room keys to me after doing all the checkin formalities. breakfast option is very less n not even fresh served. the restro staffs are too lazy when asked for toast bread n milk for twice, and after 15 to 20 mins the staff said he forget to place order and have to wait another 15mins. worst experience, please work on your staffs
