Hotel Rajhans Regency

1. Landline of my room was not working, everytime I had to ask something I need to call them by my own phone number. 2. Poor housekeeping, basic things like drinking water I had to ask many times 3. Food was good, breakfast even at 8am, not available. I had my PCS exam and they provided me with butter toast and tea that too I had to request for many times. I specially paid for breakfast (including in my room rent) Rest things like room maintenance, washroom cleanliness were good . Overall experience was not that much okay as per their rent

Very poor service Food quality is also very poor Charge ac room but ac was not working, complaint many times but do not send any one, even tv is also not working

Hotel Rajhans regency very nice hotel,ideal location,food quality also good,well behaved staff, cleaning very good, maintenance good ,stay was pleasing and comfortable

Water bottel not available, only RO Water provide 1 time in 2 days, I have purchased bisleri bottel which MRP is 20 Rupees and I have paid 40 Rupees. Entercom is not working , Dental Kit not available, shaving kit not available.

Food I am not try according to price not available facilities 600 only, it's the perfect price

Once i visited in the day time to check in the room was having bad odour. i asked him for room freshner and the mosquitos were there. after doing chein i went to office when i came back late at 11pm. i asked him water bottle they said water bottle is chargeable. they took 100Rs from me for 1 lts bisleri and 15Rs thumps up. secondlt AC remote was not working whole night AC did not worked. worst stay i would never recommend this hotel to any one.

Delux room is looking like a 500rs tpye of room,mosquitoes in the room,mobile charging points not close to sleeping bed,all over experience is very bad.

Hotel is good. Got early check in as well. But overall cleanliness is a questionable thing. Improvement needed in the breakfast as well.

Over all ok, comertable staff is polite and supportable. Nearest location from bus stand. Easy to reach

Most horrible experience at this hotel, no service, cheap class room quality. I called them multiple times but no one listened there. Unfortunately mm t have listed them with good rating. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone either mm t does.

Highly Overprised. The room rental was Rs plus. The actual rental for this type of room should not be more than 1500-1700. Before booking the property, I was offered discount on room booking using ICICI Credit card and I did the same using my ICICI credit card but instead of discount I was charged higher rental. Not recommended.
