Hotel Rajmahal

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The room was not clean at all — it was full of insects and bugs, even on the bed. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the unhygienic condition. The staff was rude and uncooperative, and no room service was provided despite multiple requests. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean stay.

Room was nice. Almost newly built. But room service is pathetic. Restaurant is very poor. Half of the items from the menu is not available.

Very dirty room and hotel service.. pool was very unclean no one can enjoy in pool. Terrible food quality, I’ll never visit here again

The hotel was build with best amenities and expensive decor however the existing maintenance and staff has spoilt it all. The bathrooms were leaking, rooms didnot have power, no DG backup, the staff were arrogant and non service oriented. The rooms and stairway areas were dirty. Parking lot is a dumping ground for waste. Swimming pool shorter than the pics. I was given 7 rooms during my 1 day stay as each of the 6 had various problems, the room pics shared by MakeMyTrip were different from actual rooms. there was no power from 6 am to 9:30 am on one day. The staff are greedy asking for tips only. I had wanted best stay for my family during this short trip, looking at reviews of The ITC Sonar I didn't book it, but now I realise I should have not booked this one too. Best is to book smaller hotels with basic amenities, they have much better rooms and service . Rajmahal has been the worst hotel stay experience of my life so far. All the reviews stating good about this hotel may be paid reviews.

Room size is small, Bed is Queen size, Swimming pool is totally dirty, every Food cooked without salt.

Cosy comfortable well maintained property. Food was good. Service was good. Room amenities at this range of price was not so good.

Hotel room was dirty. Toilet bowl & basin was dirty.

The rooms are well decorated. Staff behaviour is very good. Food quality is up to the mark. I overall spend a great time there

It was a wonderful stay with my family including senior citizens. The deluxe rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the food and service was good.

Location is superb. Hotel staff are well behaved. Food quality is good and delicious.

The rooms are not worthy at the cost. The bedsheet was not clean. Rooms were not properly cleaned by the staff. At the time of check in we find the hard drinks bottle was in the cupboard.

Hotel stay was very bad. Rooms and toilet was not clean and o dour coming out. Had to put room freshner. No toiletries and basic amenities was provided like electric kettle even though paid 3500 per night. Room was very small and bed was even smaller for 2 people to adjust. Overall highly unsatisfied with the stay and hotel rajmahal is best avoided. Pathetic service and food was also costly

Hotel is very good room service and very clean rooms and bathroom also. But the manager behaviour is very bad.

The hotel’s location was near the temple, just walking distance. The view was also fab! The customer service was good as well. We Enjoyed our stay and will def. Visit again

Very slow food service but ordering alchohol is lightning fast
