Stay is not good at all smelly bathrooms and torn bedsheets The AC is not working not worth a all

Service at Rajpur heights is very poor, front desk guys were unprofessional. I had booked superior deluxe room with a balcony, and they offered me lower category only after I showed them my booking they agreed to upgrade.only one small piece of soap both for bathing and for loo.

It is not worth the amount, bedsheets were smelling, not clean enough, not a good hygiene room. There is a bad odour in the room all the time around our visit. And then we asked for other room there was no other option or room available.

Are not equipped to handle guests travelling on business. they gave me a single bill for all the days of food consumption. they were so rigid that they even refused to give me a day wise manual cash memo. I will not be able to get the reimbursement for these bills. totally unprofessional attitude. I'll advise my colleagues too against staying here in future

Property was average, food was average, not offering some of those things which are mentioned in MMT booking ticket

Think before you book this hotel. we have faced a lot of issues with this stay starting with the rude behaviour of the receptionist and torn bedsheets, unhygienic towels, street dogs at the hotel primises, monkeys will climb outside the glass door which was supposed to be a garden view but eventually you will see monkey view with unwashed plates since cafe is just outside the window and it can be clearly seen via window. Apart from human being you will also see wild cats roaming in the hotel and they can also be seen in the lift which can definitely harm any people staying in the hotel. Do not order food from the hotel restaurant they will provide the worst quality food. Also, Please look carefully when you check-in your room, especially in the bathroom above mirror there were the open gap through which wires was visible and switch boards were also not fixed properly. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please book this hotel on your own risk.

stay is good rooms are clean but room are not value for money. rate is too high as compared to rates . and towels are too old . food is average not too good. 😊

The hotel is located in a great place with an amazing view. I booked 2 rooms and had an overall good experience. Room service is also instant and active in a call. We didn't even try the food at their restaurant as we prefer pure veg cuisine. So i can't rate the food but the overall staff is good and active.

Overall this kind of room doesn't justify its worth. Too expensive for this kind of standards. It has a feel of low standard vintage vibe.

Location on rajpur road is good. Room however looked old, leaking ac, unclean washroom. Food is ok. Garden area is also good. Could have been better.

Unhygienic dirty pillows and blankets… i found 2 spiders in my room.. They should work on their maintenance and cleaningness

We booked a premium room but it turns out all rooms have the same view. The room smelled odd and beddings were not the tidiest either. The dinner was tasty enough but the breakfast consisted of just 2 items - parantha (half burned) and sandwiches. The host was quite polite and half the staff as well.

Its a nice property to stay for, rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Will recommend to stay her its worth of money spent
