From the moment I arrived at Hotel, I was impressed. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. We traveled as a couple with child. Room was clean and spacious. Room service was prompt. Food was good and prices were okay. Free pick up and drop service from railway station to hotel and to yatra registration counter followed by security check was prompt and flawless. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice rooms, location and staff behaviour was too good and welcoming. Hot water for bathing and brushing availabe, comfortable beds. I don't know why but tv wasn't working. I checked out and got to know i forgot my belongings in room i returned and got it.

Rooms are quite spacious, AC is working fine and the bathroom is also spacious and clean. Food is also good and the best thing is they provide pickup from the station and also drop you to the starting point of vaishnodevi yatra and the driver whose name is pawan is very friendly and informative.

Located within 1 km from SMVD Katra railway station. Taxis and 🛺 are easily available. If contacted early, the hotel will arrange complementary pick up and drop off. Food is home made, one has to order at least half an hour in advance. Delicious Indian crusin. Rooms are specious but there are no cupboards or hangers. Bathrooms are clean but one has to ask for toiletries as per requirement. Bathtowels and bed lenin are clean. Overall an excellent stay within a reasonable budget.

This place is close to van ganga near the start of maa vaishnodevi yatra. They also offered me a free ride to and fro to the base of maa vaishnodevi. Thanks for giving a wonderful stay experience.I will definitely book again here with my family next time.

The hotel was good. But in room there was no arrangement for cloth almira etc. Hanger to hang shirt and pent restraint. Food was good service of restraint was good. Room service was good. There was lack of cattle in room for tea, coffee. Hotel provide transport facility for local movement free of cast.

I stay here for 2 days. Room and wash room is very neat and clean and spacious. Geser is available in wash room. 24 hours electricity available. Premises is also neat and clean. Here staff is very cooperative. I ask hot drinking water for 3 times. Every time they provide. Only problem is hotel location. This hotel situated in a gali.

Everything was good but there is no lift so that's a issue. Overall it was good. Food was yummy too.

I had an amazing 3-day stay at hotel rakhi palace in katra! the free pick-up and drop facility was incredibly convenient, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure. The highlight of my stay was the delicious tawa parathas - they were a delight for the taste buds! what truly sets this hotel apart is their brilliant service, which exceeded my expectations. All of this came at an affordable price, making it a fantastic value for money. I highly recommend hotel rakhi palace to anyone visiting katra for a memorable and comfortable stay.

They allotted one room which had a restroom which was stinking horribly. They promised to change the room when we were back from DARSHAN. They did change the room but the new room was such that the geyser and intercom were not working. After a 18 hour long DARSHA YATRA, we were too tired to keep complaining again, so we decided to quietly check out the next day when the stay got over. Also, in the first room they did not provide towels and soap. When we asked for the same, they gave us used towels which were wet. We had to ask them to change again. In the second room, towels were not provided again. We had to come down from the first floor by stairs as there is no elevator, and climb back, just to ask for towels after the YATRA. Overall I'd say it was a horrible experience.
