HOTEL RAM NIVAS

i recently stayed at the ram nivas hotel on 6th november, and i am writing to share my disappointment and concerns about the experience. the room i received was far from what was advertised on google. it was unclean, with visible dirt and grime, and nothing like the pictures. unfortunately, as i checked in late at night, i didn’t have the option to find another hotel. the room conditions were unhygienic, with cockroaches and mosquitoes present, making it impossible to rest comfortably. additionally, the breakfast provided was extremely limited, with only a few pieces of vada and nothing else. i struggled to get through the night, unable to sleep, and ultimately checked out as early as possible to book a room elsewhere.

Sevice level to be improved. Staff should be allot to just arrived guests. Communication with manager sri v enkat not done after arrival at hotel in spite of frequent use of telephone. Lady staff manage my difficulty providing desired mattress. No food service. Staffs are unknown regarding area

Room is small with very bad smells, dirty bed cover, broken bed etc. Hotel is near main bazar but nothing more than that. HOTEL MANAGER ALLOCATING ROOM WHAT AMOUNT THEY HAVE RECEIVED FROM MAKE MY TRIP ON THAT BASIS. SUPPOSE GUEST BOOKED ROOM @ Rs 1200 PER NIGHT BUT HOTEL RECEIVED 350 /- FROM MMT THEN GUEST WILL GET 350/- STANDARD ROOM ONLY. NOT RS 1200/- STANDARD ROOM.

Location of the hotel was good. It was near to travel locations. But there was No water in the Bath rooms and power backup was not good enough. We found it difficult to carry on day to day activities without proper water supply. Other then that it was a OK experience.

Never book for this hotel, nice photos are shown for non A/c room but they gave us worst lodge type rooms and creepy fan, bed, horrible bathroom. Since we had already paid for the room we changed to super deluxe room (still worse) by paying additional amount. Only plus point is the location, center of city ... 10 mins walk to cellular jail.
