Recently stayed in Hotel Rama Inn. It's a hidden gem in Lucknow! The moment I stepped in, I was struck by the warm and cozy ambiance. The rooms are tastefully designed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service - the staff are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay special. I would like to mention some names who did attended me very heartily. The Manager Mr. Yogendra Pal and his team did the exceptional job, specially Mr. Vikarm Verma, Mr. Ravi, and Mr. Kaali. I have also made a promise to Mr. Vikram that whenever I will come to Lucknow, I would definitely stay in Hotel Rama Inn. Each and every staff member was polite and truly humble. The food was absolutely delicious and menu has so much variety in different cuisines and more over the services were top notch. Whether you're looking for a business purpose or a relaxing retreat, this place has something for everyone. Truly appreciated and highly recommended. Regards.

The room was good, the staff was courteous and wonderful , only tweak and feedback, as smoking is allowed in room, the smoke gets to the other rooms too, and as windows and all were unopenable, it became difficult for us to be, however, the staff changed the room understanding the issue we faced. A decent stay overall.
