It’s was nice stay at the hotel, food of good, room was good, only problem is the communication.

Location good and they also provide food as room service since their restaurant is under renovation. Food quality is good.

The hotel is poorly maintained and with the ongoing renovations, there is a lot of dust and the restaurant is only functional for room service and no dine in available. This information was not provided during booking. The furniture and case goods were broken and stuck together with duct tape. The room reeked the smell of naphthalene balls. Absolutely was not worth for cost . Also. No proper parking facilities available and car needs to be parked on the side of a busy road. Not recommended

worst experience. one of the room was not cleaned properly, too much stinking smell, too many mosquitos. AC was not working well.. as I was tired , i did not have patience to sort the stuff

Location is good. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Service is hopeless. Room service is awful. The property is very old and stinking. I don’t recommend this properly even for a short stay.

Stay is good, the rooms are clean and ac is working good. and there is no restaurant service as they are renovating it, and there is no dedicated car parking you have to park outside the hotel

Hi, It was good stay with clean and pleasant amenities. little far from the Main Rajagopuram put during the path of Girivalam.

The Ambience is good its 2 km away from Tiruvannamalai railway station & Raja gopuram. on Pournami the cost of the room is high

Inf-act hotel was ok, no issue, but some water leakage in centralised ac n cooling was not there, complained in the reception n room was changed, rest all ok, no issue.

We scheduled a flash visit to tiruvannamalai for the temple visit and easily booked this hotel for an overnight stay. We had stayed here earlier too. Presently this hotel is under renovation, especially the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable despite an old window ac. The security people assisted me to park our car at a safe place about 100 yards from the hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff and administration for their customer service.

The hotel rooms are renovated and clean. Car parking area needs improvement.

Hotel has a odd check in policy. Check-in time is 02.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 pm. so on check in day, almost day is wasted. and on check-out day you should rush out. So booking this Hotel, you should be prepared for this or book in that Hotel which has check in time of 12.00 so that atleast you can use part of the day.

The hotel is near and clean and the staff were also kind with us. The only thing i gave 4 rating is because of the food that was served to us. Which was not that good the idli was not cooked properly there was no taste at all in the food that we got served, and at last we went outside for food to eat. Thank you
