I have booked my hotel at Rameshwaram khatu ji. Your Manager did not allowed in hotel. we have 2 ladies and child with us. we are helpless. ur customer care also denied to provide accomadation. now ur side refund is denied stating that u have provide us accomadation. witch is wrong. u are making fool us.
