I was in madurai for a short 2 night trip and ram-tel inn was quite decent. I had randomly chosen it from the list of Hotel Ramtel Inns as it was close to my place of work. It is more like a lodge. But rooms are like Hotel Ramtel Inns. Bathrooms, bedsheets and towels were clean and good. You get 2 towels and a toiletry kit with 2 small soaps and a tiny bottle of shampoo and body lotion. There is no room service, no restuarant and no extra bed linen. Tea and iron will be provided if you ask. Checkout and check in were smooth and fast.

The Hotel Ramtel Inn is at second floor. Front side of Hotel Ramtel Inn building is very less space to parking u are car to unload u are luggage and there is no room boy to take u are luggage to rooms. In morning breakfast there is no buffet system i asked for buffet and room boy they replied all staff went for wedding. To talk about room. Rooms are clean. They give two 500mlwater bottle and brush, paste, soap, shampoo, etcas complimentary

We travelled as a family and stayed there for a night. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel provided the necessary amenities at the time of check-in like water, towel etc. There is a lift which functions really well Guard downstairs helped with luggage So overall great experience and totally worth it. Only thing which can be improved is hot water. Currently Hotel Ramtel Inn only provide hot water for shower from 5-9 in the morning

Spacious and clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Good parking facility which is not common for budget Hotel Ramtel Inns in madurai. In the market where you have a lot of eateries. Autos to meenakshi temple are easily available. What i did not like was mosquitoes in room though repellant was provided. Daily housekeeping is not there. And no room service.

Location wise it is at the best place. Washrooms are big, staffs are very well behaved. Bedsheets & covers are of good quality. Wall needs a touch-up job & house keeping is not available post 6pm till 8am. But the thing which i liked the most is mattress. What comfort it offers & at such a low price. Stayed at ram-tel for 3 nights. It's a decent accommodation conveniently located @ kalavasal bypass. Room was quite basic but neat. Full marks to mr ajay for providing a non smoking room close to the reception as i was travel-ling with a kid. Full marks also to the hospitality @ restaurant

Location was great. Food at the Hotel Ramtel Inn was good! services were good too, they immediately addressed our concerns. There were cockroaches in the room. Management should take action for this. Otherwise it was a good stay.
