Hotel Ramyas

Reached the Hotel Ramyas at 1. 30 pm dead tired after travel-ling since 4. 00 am. The counter staff made me wait for thirty minutes. One was a new employee and she knew nothing probably on on the job training. The second one who was knowledgeale was on the phone for more than 30 minutes. I asked for the manager, he came out and sorted out the issue. I was allotted room no 210, the room was excellent, very senior citizen friendly hot and cold running water supporting bars in the bathroom. The evening tiffin at amritha cafe was freshly made delicious and reasonably priced. The break fast next morning in their roof top restaurant was outstanding with two live counters for dasas and omelette and a wide choice of tiffin items all were fresh and tasty. The check out was quite smooth and the manager was very friendly. The Hotel Ramyas has a fantastic location just across the junction and the bus stop. The staff were quite friendly. The Hotel Ramyas is renovating and adding a second elevator also. A pleasant experience on the whole. Will recommend this place to anybody else. Thanks

Refurbished and comfortable facility in tiruchirapalli city. Hotel ramyas is refurbished and presents a comfortable option for anyone looking for a facility in tiruchirapalli city. Price if rooms are about 20% more than value for money. Breakfast option if chosen make it still 10% overpriced. Rooms are neat and clean. Front office personnel aren’t professional at all. Slow and too many chit cats in loud voice make it an unpleasant checkin experience. They try to allot a lower category room by twisting the originally booked option. You need to ensure that you insist on the rooms that you originally booked. If they see guests from abroad they are most certain to cheat you with lower category room allotment. I had to tell them that i will go to another Hotel Ramyas if they do not allot the room under th category that i had booked and paid for. They took 30 minutes to allot me a room. The vegetarian restaurant serverd south indian meal that is one of the best, most nutritious and tasty food we had yet in tiruchirapalli

The Hotel Ramyas is centrally located in Trichy. Rooms are decent not squeaky clean though. Bathrooms are a bit dirty. The parking lot becomes crowded if there are functions in the party halls. The only delightful part during the stay was the roof top restaurant which served delicious food. The spread was small but very tasty.

everything was good including the food. only issue is they are not helping us with early check in for customers who book through online. this is a big drawback. we booked an other Hotel Ramyas for stay for just 3 hours... the cost of the rooms are also very expensive not that much worth

Property situated near to railway station. Rooms are well maintained. Staff are good. Food quality is excellent. The breakfast spread comprises of some traditional south indian food.

It was a very pleasant stay with good food in their Amirtham restaurant.

very great Courtesy and Parking facility is very good along with Drivers facility. Food is also tasty .

Food and amenities was good. But check out was worst. The person on duty was rude and slow. He misbehaved.

Loved the stay and complimentary dinner and breakfast (at Thendral). The NEP package is totally worth it!

Centrally located, very close to the railway station. Good amenities and services. Business like front desk. Food serving and quality was very good. Recommended for family.

Good stay near to Trichy prime location. Restaurant and food options are good. Clean room and service is good. Still some renovation work in progress.
