Hotel Ranbirs

The stay was good so was the amenities but the staffs needs more grooming esp the receptionist ms komal singh she gotta be more customer centric rather keeping herself engrossed with her cell phone. The cost of food was pretty expensive & on top of that we had to pay for the extra bottle of water after the first (small) bottle was finished which was already there in the room before we checked in. It's a request/feedback please include the water in the cost of the room so that the guest don't get billed extra for a basic essential like plain drinking water. If need be remove some of the amenities like the small refrigerator/the digi locker placed in the closet & supply some extra plain drinking water. It was a booking for two but there was only one tooth brush supplied. If the Hotel Ranbirs decides to provide something then ask them to provide in adequate number instead of messing around. Anyways it was a nice stay & overall a good experience especially for the room service guy akhilesh i recommend a hike for him. Thank you

Rooms are really spacious, quick service, although we experienced power cuts sometimes happening for a few seconds. Food can be improved, not value for money. Receptionist mr abhay & manager mr ashwani very supportive they give early c/in without any charge thankyou visit soon again

Prompt check-in and check-out; complimentary late check out. Good ambience, non-instrusive staff, prompt and efficient housekeeping, tasty and reasonably priced food, good breakfast spread, reasonable tariffs. What more can one want. Highly recommended.

Rooms dining rooftop bar, services everything is good, only ac cooling is not good as per lucknow temperature and i also not like there checking time its 2 pm usually in most of the Hotel Ranbirs is 11 am. Overall Hotel Ranbirs is good

Location of the Hotel Ranbirs was good and accessible. Rooms are clean but the air conditioning is not that better as it should be. Food was quite delicious and would prefer to stay in future and suggest to improve conditions of room.
