Considering the locality, Ambience & courtesy of the staff I found the stay very comfortable yes I give some suggestions regarding breakfast though quality was good yet few more items can be added in the Meenu, I will definitely recommend to my near & dear one to try atleast one time stay in this hotel

booked and paid for a king-sized bed, but upon arrival, we were given a queen-sized bed without any explanation or compensation. During breakfast, I requested bread toast to have with my tea, but the service was so slow that my tea was finished long before the toast arrived. To make matters worse, the bathroom had no body wash, only a single small soap meant for hand washing. Overall, this was a terrible experience—poor service, lack of basic amenities, and failure to provide what was promised. Definitely not worth the price.

Absolutely best staff and cooperation with cleanliness

Absolutely pathetic experience! The staff here are shockingly rude and completely indifferent to guests’ needs. Forget hospitality, they don’t even have basic courtesy. To top it off, the hotel shamelessly loots customers — I was charged ₹118 (₹100 + GST) for a ₹10 Kurkure packet! This is nothing short of daylight robbery. It’s a disgrace that such hotels are operating openly in the capital of Uttar Pradesh under Yogi Ji’s regime. If such brazen cheating and arrogance is happening in the state capital, one can only imagine the standards elsewhere. Strong warning to anyone considering this hotel — avoid it at all costs unless you want to be insulted and looted.

I think Make my Trip also making fool to the customer. It was really a embrassing moment when you throw salt in your salad and suddenly you find rice was filled in that salt thrower. After complaing nobody is entrataining the complaint

This is 3star property. It's not meant 4star. Furnishings are pretty used and old & rugged. Rooms are heavily smelly. Quilt bedsheets are smelling like chain smokers room. Quality of food is not upto mark. Just normal routine local chef is working.

Excellent service and a good environment also, friendly behaviour of all hotel staff.

Property has very less space for car parking. Gets very congested. Also, they do not allow outside food, but their own menu is pricier than usual and portion sizes are also small than regular. But taste n quality was good. Hotel is usable for average short stays.
