Hotel Rangniwas Palace

Centrally located near various attractions of Udaipur. For Eg. Ganesh Pol gate of the City Palace is right behind the hotel. Other attractions are a mere 1 km away from the hotel. Clean and Convenient rooms with all basic amenities. For food you have to inform in advance since they prepare it fresh every time. The staff is very polite and most helpful in guiding you through navigating the city.

Room was small but pretty good ambience it had - and was neat and tidy. Washroom was fully functional. Room had a heater too provided to us. Staff was polite and helpful. We tried their food and that was good too.

It was good. But only problem is no room service is available over there. We have to go out at dining place and eat. In cold. And the second is the owner has 3 dogs. They are not on leash. So whoever are afraid of dogs, beware of that.

We are so glad we booked this place - location wise : the old city and the palace are just a short walk away, making it highly convenient. the rooms were clean and cozy and you can spend time lounging in the verandah or near the pool, enjoying the view of the lawn and the picturesque building. The staff were all cordial and sweet and most of all, we loved the food they served- the best lal maas we had in udaipur and the other dishes were also amazing would definitely recommend for anyone searching for places to stay in udaipur.

Room and bathroom are very dirty. Hotel owner was very rude.

It is located at center. Most of the sites like city palace, lake pichola, vintage car museum are at walking distance. Staff members were very cordial. Food was amazing and freshly cooked. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a nice day with a feel of rajasthan culture. Our rooms no. 7 n 8 were small but other rooms compared were quite spacious. So i would surely recommend this hotel to stay. Beautiful garden and a food tables just next too was great. The food and the staff is good. Specifically i liked the veg grill sandwich for breakfast. I would sure recommend this hotel at udaipur as a solo, family, group or with relatives.

Environment was very calm and clean. Food quality is good, specially breakfast. Rooms are average but they are clean. Overall experience is good

The stay was good, nice palace, good staff management, breakfast is not complimentary, you need to order and wait for 30 min. Room was a bit small and congested, but clean. No thanks

Very good and pleasant stay, warm welcome, good hospitality, calm and peaceful place to stay. All places are near by. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone who are coming to udaipur and looking for a best stay. Thanks rang niwas team for hosting us.

Room was just okay, importantly, if you are coming by bike you have to park it somewhere in basement which is a street. My bike seat got damaged and i wouldn't recommend this place due to lack of good and safe parking area. It is in the middle of a busy crowded market area. I'm not sure where is the car parking though. Not available in the building for sure.

It is a heritage property with it's antiques still intact. The place offers charms of antiquity with the comforts of modernity. Food is delicious and homestyle, it is cooked fresh. Staff are extremely well mannered and they go an extra mile to cater to your needs. One cannot ask for more at this price. Cleanliness 9/10 food 9/10 room service 8/10 value for money 10/10

The palace was really beautiful. The staffs are very polite and the food was amazing. The place is 300m away from the main tourist spots and is well connected. Overall experience was great.

Very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is located at very nice location. Staff behaviour is commendable. They are the best part. The restaurant is also very nice with very tasty food. The rooms are big and comfortable. Only problem we had was with the stairs for 1st floor rooms due to my mother’s leg pain. But when request, they helped us with ground floor rooms. The stay was really enjoyable at the hotel in every sense.
