The stay was good. Staff was very nice. Rooms were neat and tidy. But it was a bit small and there was a cockroach and there was no lift.

Service was not good, staff behaviour was very bad, i have already discussed with front office staff before check in about the driver staying here allowed or not. They say they will be adjusted but at night time 8. 30 pm suddenly they ignore that the driver is not allowed. At the last time where we will adjust my driver. Cold water botal is not available in the property. Tv not working, ac not working. It is a very bad experience. In room number 26, there were ants in the bed and insects in the room and bathroom.

Sorry for inconvenience sir, But we provided super Deluxe Room even u booked Deluxe Room due to our valuable guests , and mostly budget hotel driver staying is not arranged we already told that there is lots of driver guest house , we tried if possible not 100% surety. There is house keeping staff is available in hotel for cleaning. And our TV and Ac both are in working condition, as we checked now Thank u

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Everything was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ranthambore. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Bathrooms are neat and clean pro tip- if u want to book ranthambore safari directly contact hotel in place of agents they arrange everything

I have booked one deluxe room, and allotted me a very small simple room. There is no water supply in flush and there was a short circuit in geser so electric current was running in the water. I have very bad experience.

It was very nice stay, the manager imran and room boy was very decent and cooperative. They managed everything as per our wish and need. We paid only 800- and in this budget we cant find any other hotel to stay. Only problem is the dining and kitchen was closed hence, we had to take our dinner out side. Tea, coffee, milk snacks are also in budget rate. They also provided us the mattress to sit at the roof top and also ensured frequently if had any problem, thank you so much mm t
