Included breakfast experience was terrible they gave only aloo paratha.

location was in middle of market very congested there was no road that you can go with car everything mentioned is a lie they are lying about the hotel,staff was not cooperating with us there was no buffey system we have to inform daily night only one dish in breakfast. In dinner we have to tell them 4 hours before dinner what we have to eat. Rooms was not bad but very congested there was no shaving kit, toothpaste and soap or shampoo in the washroom, The telephone was not working and in one room that we have booked have no telephone!! Staff was just like call us from your phone, in conclusion the room ,staff and location was very bad

very bad price is high but washroom all taps are not working waterlodging issue ,wifi not working , tv was not working , Room lock was not appropriate, I will never book this hotel I trust make my trip but the hotel was so bad water bottle price was very high 30 rs, never go to this in free also.

Please don't go to this hotel, the staff here is very bad, there is no light in the hotel, and the staff here are thieves too. My watch got stolen here.

Everyone is good,staff also good. Good food quality

Hotel stay is good. Got a room on ground floor, which is quite spacious. Considering the fact that hotel doesnt have lift. Manager is very active and friendly. Just one downside, cab cant reach hotel, have to walk 200 or 300m from Indian Post Office.

Room: 5/10 very small room, hardly accommodating 2 persons. After managing our luggage there was very few space left. In this rate they were providing very small room. But bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom (8/10) Very clean and hygienic. Bathroom essentials were provided. Geyser was working properly. Power supply (3/10) very pathetic. This hotel dont have individual power supply unit and in these two days of our trip we faced a huge issue regarding load shedding. Battery supply was there in our room but there was no charging points working for mobile charging or laptop charging.. horrible. Another problem we faced, the opening time of main gate was 7am, if any travellers had a plan for tigerhill, previous day they had to inform hotel authority. We didn’t have a plan for Tiger hill, so at 6am when we arrived from room to go out, main door was locked, we had to call room service boy. Main attraction of the hotel I enjoyed most the rooftop. Awesome sunset, full panoramic coverage of Darjeeling was just mind blowing

It was a pleasant stay. The view of Kanchenjunga mountain was stunning. The food at the hotel was tasty too.

Hotel staff behaviour is very rude..... poor food availability.... rooms are good and there are very good facilities of dry cloth on the terrace.....

Nice hotel with good view of kanchendzonga from top of the hotel. Service is also good and prompt. Food quality and service quality is commendable

Smelly room with dirty doormat. Room quality does not match with price and review. Severe water problem was there in Bathroom. One and only good thing was service person behaviour. I felt it as a waste of money

Staying at this hotel was by far one of the worst experiences i've encountered. The room was incredibly cramped, with minimal space to move around comfortably. To add to the frustration, the placement of the mobile charging socket and light switches being the same was utterly impractical. The hotel's location left much to be desired, lacking convenience and appeal. Additionally, the absence of proper ventilation in the toilets was not only uncomfortable but also concerning. And to top it off, the quality of the food served was far below expectations. Overall, a disappointing and regrettable stay.

The rooms are big. It's more like a homestay with limited food options. Location is good but you have to walk 5 min from the main road to reach the hotel. The staffs are well-behaved and helpful.

Nice stay with this hotel i had a stay for a day and the rooms were very neat and clean. The food was also good and testy staff was very supportive. An excellent stay with this hotel. Thank you.

I stayed in hotel 2 nights. Room was good and washroom was clean. But location was in busy market. Difficult to find Hotel but Hotel is managing this problem very good. They called me before check-in and their servant was there when I reached taxi stand.

Hotel is situated in very fine location. kanchenjungha can be viewed directly from hotel window. Fantastic scenery and cool environment.
