They have a policy of 24 hour check out from your check in time. Conveniently located for major tourist attractions. However, hot water is not available all the time. In the afternoon, all you get is hot water from both taps. They only give soap as welcome kit, not toothbrush. Very difficult to reach out to someone from room service over the phone. Food in their restaurant is overpriced and very bad. Better to use swiggy or Zomato. Location is convenient for ordering online.

Furnishings is all good but the service like hot water is not coming before 8 and the location is good and the response for the service is not at all good or very bad. Over all make the my trip is giving more rating. Location was perfect, Room service also good, enjoyed the chicken biryani. Very near to the Hanamkonda bus stand. RELIANCE TRENDS also not far from Hotel Ratna for people's searching for clothing.

Hotel is good and nice & response of service is good. Room is very good. Had good dinner Tandoori Roti & mixed vegetable curry, bit expensive. Very easy to reach the Hotel Ratna from any part of the city. My suggestion is to provide discount on food.

Hotel staff was very good the rooms were very awesome and the food was nice cleanliness was maintained throughout the Hotel and very hospitable people
