Hotel Ratna Palace Residency

It was nice experience to be there. Specially location, behavior of staff. I will be happy to visit again. Stay there for couple of days for my office purposes. It was easy for transportation and very close to the railway station. Food was little bit costly, but being a metropolitan city it's worth, other facilities has been provided at Hotel Ratna Palace Residency that was superb. I would suggest others, they can stay there. Value for money. And specially thanks to Makemytrip to provide so cheap.

Though the Hotel Ratna Palace Residency is good, it still needs to redo the rooms in a better way. Food needs to be standardised and presented well and should have a refreshing look and not dead look. Staff is a plus point. But uniform for front office can bring more charm. Use a nice smelling floor cleaner specially lemon grass aroma would be good. In case the owners are interested in taking my advise to add more flavour to Ratna palace I will gladly do it but ofcourse at a small price.

A Budget Hotel Ratna Palace Residency equipped with all facilities like restaurant, bar, room service. Fine And Excellent. Business person's choice. Rooms are clean. They treat well. It is a good Hotel Ratna Palace Residency for the price they charge. Getting a Hotel Ratna Palace Residency of this sort for 1000+ Rs in Mumbai is great. Location wise its close to Thane west station, so if you need to stay for a day or two near to Thane you may opt this. For this price you cannot expect them to provide any amenities or luxuries. Complimentary breakfast is not so great and the menu remains almost the same every day.

The rooms are quite small but that's fine and the amount you pay for same is not so much. It's really a value for money Hotel Ratna Palace Residency. The service is good and Hotel Ratna Palace Residency is also having rooftop restaurant which is god for bachelor's but not for family. The food is good and so the cleanliness of the room. For second time I have chosen this Hotel Ratna Palace Residency for my stay and it was good.

I had visited Thane for business trip on 24. 9. 16. Booked this Hotel Ratna Palace Residency via MMT, I had good experience, It was not difficult to find the Hotel Ratna Palace Residency, Room was small but clean and as shown in photos, all facilities were provided as promised. Service is OK. Food at the restaurant is good. Staff is good. Overall good place to stay at this price.

Want ti be here again, all required destination are very closed to Hotel Ratna Palace Residency and staff is good. Hotel is hygiene and clean. But food variety are not much. I checked into this Hotel Ratna Palace Residency as I had to visit Jupiter hospital. The proximity to the Hotel Ratna Palace Residency and the location where the prime reason why I selected this Hotel Ratna Palace Residency and it didn't disappointed me on that. Service, cleanliness and rooms are well maintained. I recommend it for family too.

Very good, food option is there and nice taste.
Only bath soap available. No shampoo provide. Need at least shampoo there.

Located in the heart of the city, ATM/Banks are nearby. A restaurant is within the building. Prompt room service. The staff mannerism is very good. Overall its a very nice Hotel Ratna Palace Residency. The food delivered in room is at reasonable price. Free wifi+tata sky hd set top box is there & window AC too.

Ambience awesome, cheap and location was also good. Easy to reach from anywhere. 5 persons accommodated in 2 rooms with 1000 bucks for 1 person each for 2 days. I will again book Hotel Ratna Palace Residency from Makemytrip.

It was good place to stay. The staff was helpful. Since it was a short business trip, the place was ideal was quick rest. Though they can work on their policy of early check-in. I had to book for two days just because I couldn't do an early check-in in the Hotel Ratna Palace Residency.

The room was small but enough. Hotel is a value for money. Its worth it. All the facilities are good. Bed is a bit hard rather than being soft also the mattress were clean and blankets were clean so its was good all along.

It was a good place, will select same spot for my next trip. Room was good, clean, better service, location was also cool. Got transportation every time I was in need. Provided free WiFi service but it was little slow.
