Here's a Hotel Ratnalok review: *5/5 stars - unexpected delight* we stopped over at ratnalok while traveling back to mumbai, not expecting much more than a quick rest. But, boy, were we pleasantly surprised! this hidden gem exceeded our expectations in every way. *amenities* the Hotel Ratnalok's amenities are top-notch, with modern facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The rooms are cozy, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. *food* the real showstopper, however, was the food! the in-house restaurant served up delicious cuisine with lightning-fast service. The menu offered a wide range of options to cater to all tastes. Service* the staff were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. After a long journey, ratnalok was the perfect pit stop. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning our next stay. *highlights* - quick and attentive service - exceptional food quality and variety - comfortable and clean rooms - modern amenities also, i was pleased to learn that ratnalok has undergone a change in management, and the positive impact is evident in improvements and heightened standards of service, amenities, and overall quality. *recommendation* don't hesitate to stop over or stay at ratnalok you won't regret it! *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 5/5 - comfort: 5/5 - food: 5/5 - service: 5/5 - value: 5/5 would i stay here again? absolutely!

Pros the room was clean there was hot water available 24 hours the ac was working the dining hall for breakfast was palatial the location was good. There was sofa and table in room above all there was free cancellation till checkin cons there were one or 2 cockroaches spotted in room there was also a cockroach spotted on breakfast table. Eventhough the cons are serious and a tip to the health inspector should be enough to get them into trouble. Nevertheless i would give them a chance to deal with their pest control issue which i am sure is not a very tough thing to resolve. Overall the Hotel Ratnalok is good value for money.

The rooms are neat n clean. Food quality was good. Specially the breakfast service was up to the time. They also have live singing. I enjoyed my dinner while listening the music. Staff was very cooperative.

Location is very nice. Staff is co operative. Food quality is good. Neat and clean. Washroom is clean. Water bottle is missing when i entered in room. Other service is good in this Hotel Ratnalok.

The property location was convenient to the highway. ample parking space. clean & spacious room at affordable price. food service was also quick & delicious items in menu.

Gm mr. Viswanath was kind enough. Reception people were also good. Food is awesome. Very satisfied. Room also decent for couple stays. Hope to come again
