This hotel not even provide basic amenities like water in bathroom and staff service was really pathetic. Booked for 2 days and luckily escaped from such bad after 1 day. Never book this hotel.

A visitor named Mr. Jain who booked room through MMT for two days and complained about hot weather in Chamba . As the weather was hot he told us he don"t want to stay in our hotel for next day. We also returned his rent on his request as our authority is not allowed to do so. Mr Jain says we don't provide water, we have 10000 ltrs of tank capacity. He booked standard room category which does n"t provide AC amenity.

coupleLocation of hotel is good. Food is good but they give paratha in breakfast (if included). Managerand staff are good nature and helpful. River Side sitting arrangement and view is amazing. Super deluxe room has only balcony which is at River Side. Hotel provide room for driver at free of cost. Food at hotel is not costly.
