Bit disappointed with my stay at hotel raviraj

Not happy. Did struggle to get basic facilities like wifi. No complimentary water in the room. Found room had cockroaches roaming around. If you expect room make up every day then you will be disappointed. Overall cleanliness was an issue. Hotel rooms are pretty old with bathrooms leaking water. No bathroom amenities other than just handwashing. The only plus point i found was its location. Restaurant food was good. Complimentary breakfast very ordinary

soloRooms are decent albeit slightly old. Food is average. Room service is decent. The worst is the complimentary breakfast spread, i waited for 25 mins for dos a to be served but it did not come, choice of eggs was not available, i had to get it on a chargeable basis.
