first of all,the people at the reception were all very good to me..the rooms they provided and the hygiene was also well maintained..but they are including extra 10% as service charge for food exclusive of their food prices,which is not at all agreeable..and the food was also costly like the ones provided by 4 star or above Hotel Red Chillys..like,a tea costs you 25rs +10% gst so the final cost of a small cup of tea is 27.5rs…i think they are making use of this to earn more money and also by rule they cannot put any service tax for food except rest of everything were ok... thanks

Hotels hygienety, location and everything was good except the irksome behavior of one of the receptionist. The male receptionist was frustrated and was not looking in mood of providing room. Except for that everything was good

Firstly the price is quite in budget so u can’t complain about it also the food is just mouth watering it was soo tasty it’s a good Hotel Red Chilly if u want to only stay n its also in a good locality

One of the best Hotel Red Chilly in this area. Staff very cooperative. And in this range u can't find better Hotel Red Chilly than this. Love to stay here. Moreover it's near to metro station.

Room was clean as well as linens also. Wash-room was fresh enough. But only one towel was given for two boarders. No soap and shampoo served by Hotel Red Chilly authorities.
