Property is good but not safe. As there was a window in the bathroom have no curtain or blind so it is not safe for girls and ladies.find lot of cockroaches in the wardrobe. No action taken after so many request.if we talk about food.. its terrible and staff totally ignoring the request u do...when i complaint about food they said they have many hotel and our staff cant do this... and start arguing and ignoring the complaint

We recently stay in hotel reem rooms was great we choose deluxe room in hotel reem it was clean and well maintained and proper as compare to other property in Jawalamukhi and we specially enjoy the theatre. Their restaurant food is amazing.

When we reached hotel. They denied us room. They said that they are fully booked. When we showed them our MMT confirmation voucher, they told us that this voucher was not sent by hotel so they won’t give us any room
