Ambience is ok, but reception counter and a person is very supportive and helpful. Room is also ok but room services and staff is very polite and attentive. Food is also good. We appreciate their arranging pickup and drop at even early morning around 3 am. Overall we are satisfied staying in Hotel Regal.

It is an average stay. All other hotels in Jabalpur provide pick up and drop service except this hotel. The restaurant is not available only room service. We had an overnight stay at hotel Regal while returning from MahaKumbh and it was a pleasant stay. The deluxe room had a double bed with a clean bath and toilet. Basic toiletries were provided and complimentary breakfast was also good, although not a wide spread. The hotel also offers room service.

familyI checked in with my family. The rooms were decent. Washroom was also decent. When i entered the room, there was complimentary apples, biscuits, wafers etc which was a welcome surprise. My meal plan had breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was marvelous (taste wise and variety wise as well. So for the price paid, i got very good value. So i will recommend this hotel.

Not a good choice, if you come with your 4 wheeler. Located in busy area so be ready for noise. Hotel staff is cooperative. Don't know about food, since i had not taste it. If hotel solve the parking issues, one can opt it for stay.
