Hotel Regal Palace

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Regal Palace. Everything about the Hotel Regal Palace was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Food: morning complimentary buffet was amazing. Cleanliness: rooms and bathrooms were clean but the building is in renovation, so walls were old. Space: i booked a deluxe room for 3 people. Got an extra mattress as per the booking. Space is less but since it's mumbai it is acceptable. Hospitality: employees were humble, you can even leave your luggage with them if needed. Location: very close to charni road station and csmt. Ideal location to book your stay. Overall: a great place, must give it a try.

It was great in terms of cleaning in room/Hotel Regal Palace and a very helpful reception person and staff. Number of variety items for complementary breakfast. They have a separate store where a person can keep luggage after check out and can collect later without extra charges. I will surely suggest this Hotel Regal Palace, looking at the reasonable charges against there excellent service and location in south mumbai where family can visit nearby chaupati, beach.

Hotel is very nice and also breakfast which is complementary is also very good. Room cleaning is not proper sometimes you have to inform at the reception for cleaning and also room size is very small to stay for family. No balcony is there and no hanging facilities are there for cleaned clothes. No exhaust fan is there in the bathroom. Ultimately i could say it's a good and average place to stay.

The Hotel Regal Palace is located at the centre point, all the places are easily accessible from Hotel Regal Palace location. Hotel staff were very humble and soft spoken. Breakfast served was awesome, food were fresh and have verities of options. Overall it was a great stay. Only suggestion is that Hotel Regal Palace need to look after cleanliness and they need to do pest control.

The Hotel Regal Palace is located in South Mumbai and near to Churni Road Station. All the places to see are nearby, one can take Uber/Ola or train to commute. The Hotel Regal Palace staff is very polite and cooperative. They also have a locker room where you can keep your belonging in case you have to check out but don't want to carry your bag for a few hours.

We stayed for 4 days. The Hotel Regal Palace was clean n tidy. The location of the Hotel Regal Palace is very good as it is connected to all the main tourist attraction. As the holy month of ramazan is going o, the Hotel Regal Palace provided us with suhoor and iftar. Which was very thoughtful. It's a good value for money.

Location of the Hotel is great. Walkable distance from Chowpatti Beach marine drive. I think rooms were little compact and stinky even I booked superior room. Cleanliness in and Around rooms can be improved. Hotel staff was very friendly. I appreciate their flexibility on parking hours beyond checkin and checkout timing.

Rooms are not that much small as other people say. Rooms are good and clean. Staff behavior is not good. They changed breakfast menu is not good and they changed breakfast menu without inform. Overall stay is good except staff behavior and breakfast.

The stay was good only thing is that in the room washrooms are not on floor level and are on a higher level which is not continent for older people.
