The staff were polite, hospitality is good, the rooms are clean. There was a glitch with my booking. I prepaid for a room but on arrival, there was no room available. It took a while as the guy at reception was not well versed with such scenarios. However all was solved after some time. Overall a good stay at the Hotel Regency

We stayed 3 nights in junior suite. Rooms are excellent, neat and clean with sufficient space. Restaurant is very good with nicely prepared meals. Front desk people are helpful. Location is good. Over-fall it’s a great experience
