Hotel Regent Grand

Hotel is good and neat. Fast service and the staff also good. But not matched with the deluxe facilities. No fridge in the room also limited channels in TV. When I asked them, they said they haven't paid the payment. I stayed there for 3 days but not able watch the channels in my free time. Also they have only restaurant. When I asked for alcohol they able to provide only one brand. Being 3 star Hotel Regent Grand they should at least have satisfied entertainment options. Else Hotel Regent Grand is located in very convenient place near to Patel Nagar metro and the service is ultimate and the staff are very courteous.

We liked this Hotel Regent Grand with its service and room facilities. The only point noted was the very lean breakfast - may be a covid effect/due to a number of guests.
It was a nice stay. We reached there late in the night but were able to quickly check-in and get to the restaurant. The restaurant also was not crowded and we were served almost faster. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping staff we courteous and polite. You have restaurants and other convenience stores within walkable distance which made me chose this Hotel Regent Grand.

We were on trip from Amritsar, got a warm welcome by people at front office and all. Room was spacious and has all the amenities which we can think of. Breakfast in morning has wide options to choose from. Hotel is near to metro Station Rajendra palace as well as Patel Nagar, also there is 24*7 just next to Hotel Regent Grand to access off time snacks and other. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend people to stay here.

Commuting to the Hotel Regent Grand is really easy, as it's located on the ever busy main patel nagar road. The parking area, although a little congested, is hassle free and trustworthy not to mention how ready to serve the valets at the Hotel Regent Grand are. The food and the overall cleanliness of the Hotel Regent Grand was on-point. The staff was also very polite. I'd say, i loved my stay here and so did my partner.

Near to Patel Nagar metro Station. All service vehicle is easily available. Hotel is on the roadside.

Hotel should not be a 4 star property, but need not drag this rating thing. Service was good that was needed. Room was small and may be they provided me room right in front due to payment made to MakeMyTrip. Breakfast spread was decent and taste was very good. A-la-Carte rate is a bit on higher side. Room had some issue with entry keys. Rest was good.

The Hotel Regent Grand is situated at the centre of the city and all the major attractions, places to shop are close to this Hotel Regent Grand and barely takes 10 minutes to reach. We stayed for 3 nights, the Hotel Regent Grand staff is very helpful. The Hotel Regent Grand was clean and room was spacious.

It was value for Hotel Regent Grand . Thanks for referring . Rooms was very good. Food was good . Rates were reasonable . Overall it has all the indegrients to be four stat Hotel Regent Grand . However they were giving me nice so . Overall nice experience

Highly comfortable stay and it is memorable.

Courteous staff at the reception. Upgraded me to a Road facing room without extra charges. Food is a bit expensive though

Had a good stay, room was small but comfortable, toilet needs more improvement, Bath area needs service, water flow is not good, breakfast needs North India dishes, room refrigerator was not in working order, staff is very courteous, overall we enjoyed the stay, keep it up good luck

The Hotel is good and service was nice with good support staff. I was there for two days with my family. The reception guy also gave me early check-in.

Good ambience, Staff very helpful, Clean and hygenic rooms ... Only issue was that the breakfast menu options were very limited ... Stayed in this Hotel Regent Grand for 3 days and overall had a good experience .. Close to metro stations

Overall it was great experience staff is supporting, restaurant is nice,I think some construction work was in process so felt some noise problem. Highly recommended.
