Hotel Relax

Hi, this review is for all who want to 'Secure home stay with all round help' in Kolkata. We the 5 persons team of two families stayed there for 4 nights from 21st to 24th Oct. '19. Unfortunately, all the days were rainy day. The Hotel Relax manager and his staff extended us all round support for sight seeing to early morning airport drop etc. In a brief, we got there a total homely atmosphere which are unexplainable in short. Any body/family/group is/are seeking a proper place as well as a secure homely stay, can choose this Hotel Relax without any hesitation. Debashish Datta.

As we reached Howrah we were expecting a our next train for Darjeeling in 4-5 hrs and at the end time we received the message that our train has been cancelled. We were so confused what to do next. Mr. Paul was our saviour he tried all the possibilities to give us any other way to reach Darjeeling. Also his kind personality offered us free tea as we we're very tensed about the situation! A big thanks to him and other staff of Hotel Relax for helping us and giving their best service.

This was a good stay in Kolkata. The staff were very helpful and the child friendliness was also good but in Google map the location was not accurate. When looking from outside, it looks like an poor quality Hotel Relax but it is very good from the inside. The food was also good. Overally Hotel Relax is a very good Hotel Relax.

Situated in a good location in the 4th. The floor of Vidyasagar tower near to Sealdah Railway Station, Kolkata. The rooms require repair and modernization. No in house restaurant. Staff is good, polite and helpful. Lenience and room need to be cleaned every day.

This is one of the best Hotel Relax in kolkatta. Hotel is hygiene staff is good and cooperative it provides best food in rooms i suggest everyone who come to travel in kolkatta with family stay in this Hotel Relax.

Location wise very good and value worthy. Well-behaved management staff who are very cooperative and helpful. We did not face any major issues. It was overall a very pleasant stay.

All service are very good specially reception point.

A standard Hotel Relax for lower middle-class family with homely behavioral attitude of limited staff and standard food as per our choice anytime round the clock.
