HOTEL RELAX INN

I had booked my stay in HOTEL RELAX INN relax inn. On reaching HOTEL RELAX INN i got a room in very bad condition. The sheets, curtains, pillows, balcony, bathroom and what not. I mean everything was dirty and there were yellowish stains all over everything. The HOTEL RELAX INN manager was adamant to change it. I told them that i have an infant with us and how can we stay in this room. In short, for a moment i thought that my trip is ruined. But then i called makemytrip and the HOTEL RELAX INN manager came running. Suddenly everything changed. I was given one of the best rooms of the HOTEL RELAX INN and the staffs started talking very politely all of a sudden. I am really thankful to makemytrip for saving us from the horror and making our trip a memorable one.

We have booked two rooms one was superior room with sea view its actually back water with balcony but in same room hot water was not available due to some issues. Hotel does not provide breakfast and its resturant is also closed in morning however apaar HOTEL RELAX INN and rel-ex inn both are in same compound and apaar HOTEL RELAX INN resturant is open in morning for breakfast. Food of both resturant are ok ok. Car parking in relax inn is on firt first serve basis if parking is full you have to go for paid parking. Over all stay experience is average comparative it seems costly

Very nice HOTEL RELAX INN good behavior of staff and nice and clean room also food was tasty. There is no hourly booking facility so need to add for tourist comfort. All over was nice experience. Also walk in distance near by bus stand of diu so easily can get and reached at HOTEL RELAX INN. We were reached at HOTEL RELAX INN midnight so there was no any facility of something or needy food aveliblity for customers/guest so need to improve in HOTEL RELAX INN

The HOTEL RELAX INN is above average with very cordial and helpful staff. Further, the sea view rooms have very good view outside but cleanliness is a slight issue which is required to be addressed by them at the earliest possible. Otherwise everything was above average.

I had booked sea view room. The view from the room was great. It’s location is awesome. Staff were nice and helpful. Tasty food were served during our stay. Ghoghla beach is the nearest beach from the HOTEL RELAX INN. We had a great time in diu.

Good HOTEL RELAX INN with good car parking space, good sea view. Rooms was spacious with nice balcony sea view. Lot of food stalls near by HOTEL RELAX INN. It’s very close to fort. Over all good stay.

It's good stay but they need to improve wrt cleanliness particularly in bathroom. Otherwise location and overystay was comfortable. Just outside you find resturant for meal and test waas good.

Hotel relax in very comfortable stay, very good sea view, location very good, food very tasty, luxury feel, service very good, i am so happy to stay relax in HOTEL RELAX INN.

Balcony view was very amazing at night.

Hotel room was good, clean but washroom is not upto the mark. Staff members seems little bit frustrated to response on query.
