Hotel Renaissance Coastal Inn

Not a good stay. Although the rooms were good, but the food was not good. The staff were not able to deliver food according to our needs instead they asked us to go and eat somewhere else when we asked for vegetarian food for dinner. The phone was not working in the room. When asked to fix the phone, they did not budge. During time of checkout, we were asked to check out at 9.30am in a rude manner by a man. Overall the experience was not upto the mark. We have stayed in several hotels previously but this one was exceptional. Even the food that we were served in the afternoon was smelly and stinky

Please do not stay there because the way of talking is very reticula’s from staff side i was coming there with my family but i am totally disappointing .

The hotel is a little bit far from the beach but amenities and facilities are pretty good and the hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful..The room was neat and clean..and the pool area was also very fascinating.. recommend to visit.

The experience is a mix experience.... The room was not quite the same as it was cascaded in the description. Further more certain staff behavior was not upto the mark. One of the specific staff kept on continuosly staring at my girlfriend while we were enjoying the pool in the evening. The hotel provides false information in the food menu in terms of quantity and uninformed addition of food items. The hotel did not meet the expectations based on the price it took

Not satisfied at all ❌❌😡😡😡 The rooms are not clean.Floors are dirty. Bathroom is not clean. I booked the hotel after checking out it's interior decoration but as it's looking fantastic in photos but real it's regrettable.The Management can't handle everything properly. They don't provide any tea cup or a single glass in the room.They are very irresponsible as they are not able to receive phone call. The pool was very dirty. My clothe's colour got changed after taking bath.There is no buffet. Never recommend this hotel at this price.

Overall it was great. The hotel is at nice place. The rooms were comfortable. They can arrange musical meets in the terrace which may encourage people to connect with each others. Another suggestion is they can reduce the room rent a bit. The small rooms can be within 1k. The more important thing is they should provide strong wifi connection because it was too slow. At last but not the least the staffs were so kind and well behaved. Anyway thanks for the overall services.

Room was clean. Managers behavior a bit harsh. Pool was very dirty. Food quality was average.

Very good servicing and very polite staff. Foods are awesome of this hotel and the hotel is situated in peaceful area
