Hotel Residency

Was rooms very very clean. But do expect some issues with towels N hot water. Very less channels on TV. Okay for busy budget travelers just looking for night layover after tired day. Breakfast quality reflected the budget Hotel Residency this is.
Towels were wet and hot water at max flow was cold enough to require courage to get into. Perhaps struggling due to cold and cloudy weather and lack of tools to counter it. One of the least no of channels on TV ever seen. But one of the cleanest was rooms and I have stayed in lots of good places.

The best thing about the Hotel is its location, its only a 3-4 minute walk from main bus depot. I had an early morning bus to board and it was very convenient. The rooms are large and clean. The linens and rooms were clean as well. Value for money as far as stay is concerned, the attached Yellow Chilli Restaurant serves variety of dishes but the rates are very high.

Old customer and every time they care and serve so best that it will remain my first choice for visit to Jalandhar.
It was a delight to be stay here and it's breakfast menu and service are of 5 star Hotel Residency class. Any visit to Jalandhar it will be first priority, 15 year old super satisfied customer.

Situated in an ideal location near the bus stand and a business class Hotel Residency. Has a very spacious rooms with a clean ambiance. Good spread of breakfast and also tasty food. They have yellow chilies restaurant which serves good North Indian food. Attentive service and overall a good experience.

Hotel is good but rate is little bit expensive as they don't provide information regarding their package as they provide some drinks in mini in the room and that are not included in price but we don't have information about that before. So i think it should told to the customer at the time of check in

The Hotel Residencys staff was well behaving, the food was delicious, everything was good, but the cattle in the room was not good, there was a smell, but in all everything is good. Thanks for helping me out in the last minute the Hotel Residency was hygienic and beautiful thanks for your service

I had reached late at the Hotel Residency from Jammu. The staff was very courteous and supportive to get my lodging smooth and hassle free. very good staff and the morning breakfast was also good. I completely recommend this Hotel Residency to all the travelers

The hospitality of the Hotel Residency is pretty good. Car parking is also available although the Hotel Residency staff park the cars by themselves. Room floor is not that good it's okay but the room service is amazing. Vegetarian food is as good as expected.

Amazing hospitality, super location, everything was up to the mark. I highly recommend it for business travellers. The yellow chilly restaurant is too good for food. I love alloo paratha in the breakfast buffet.

Stayed in for 1 night as I had to work, the overall stay was good, Hotel Residency staff is helpful, food at yellow chilli restaurant is good, breakfast was great, it was a nice stay, the best thing is silence and no noise.
