The hotel is good, but the room we stayed in was of very low standard as per the price. There was a lot of lack of cleanliness. The service was very good and the food was very good. The staff is very good. Polite behaviour.

The staff is courteous but the rooms and bathrooms need makeover as all taps were leaking in the washroom. No dental kit available in the hotel. Pathetic food from breakfast till dinner. More channels needs to be added to tv. This should be a 1 star hotel and the prices are not at all worth the room.

All four rooms booked by us was very neat and well equipped. We enjoyed a nice stay. Only suggestion is that please place mosquito repellent machine in all rooms. Mosquitoes was the only disturbance at night. Hot water was not there in room number 202. Rest everything was fine.

familyRooms are okay but can get better for the same price. But the service is the worst. Staff is very rude and shouting on customers. We enquired about rooms at the reception but booked in make my trip since we had some coupons, regarding that the person at reception was shouting at us. Buffet breakfast is served limited and we were told to pay for more food. Rats in corridors and also extra cots had many holes due to rats. One of the worst hotels we lived in at that price. Not worth the price. Can pay 1k for one room.

Over whelming staff but the service is average

The quality of service provided was below average, room's ac had no buttons whatsoever and no hand towels were provided, room service is rather very slow and clumsy. No servicing was done for the ac.

Even though booked for 4 people receptionist gave us a rooms worst than public toilet, up on complaint they took extra charges and gave us room which were actually 3* hotel rooms but asked us to adjust 4 of us in single room and at time of leaving bill was denied. We couldn't stay more than 6 hrs & had to vacate at 6 pm.
