Property is at interior place can be reached through small lane. For four wheeler paid parking. Rooms are newly renovated well maintained. No other facility apart from room. Only breakfast and beverages available. As it just 2mins walk to baga beach lit of other option for food are available. Good for travellers who just need neat and tidy rooms and washroom with 24 hour hot water running and wants to explore baga and calangute beach market and

Rating 4/5 pros: excellent location very close to the beach, lots of shopping and eating around options, clean room with ac and clean toilet which is most important for sleeping, also very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: no hot water for bath when wanted after 10am as said the water was over and low pressure by reception team which is not acceptable when charging around 6k per night, also not much room service food options for breakfast.

Price to performance is pretty good. Location wise best. Few points- 1. They don't provide laundry service. 2. We booked executive rooms. It was mentioned that there is no balcony for executive rooms but it indeed had balcony. That was a plus for us. 3. The Hotel Rezos only has a few breakfast options(you have to buy(as of mid august 2023. It's better to get breakfast/food from nearby restaurants (within 200m.

Spacious rooms, excellent location near to bagha beach, clean bathrooms, polite housekeeping staff. No in-house resturant. Overall a descent nice place to stay in goa.
