Too gud to stay no noise or disturbances. Easy entry through upfront stairs in gf from outside. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Good and large windows for brightness.

Very good hotel. recommended for budgeted couples and singles. Facilities are excellent. Staff is also helpful.

The location is good, but the hotel service is very poor.. very limited breakfast and same items daily No lunch dinner facilities..No room service for the guests..

Fan is not working, management is saying it’s in problem. I don’t know having such problem allocated the room

Rooms were dirty with cockroaches across the, the had checked in 3:30 am and had to wait for them to turn on the lift after waiting for 30 mins in road

It was a decent and budget friendly hotel. It's closer to brigade road, mg road, and metro station, which makes it centrally located. For the price, it's perfect for those who are full day out and just for spending night you need a simple and decent room. Staff is decent and helpful.

The hotel is centrally located, but service is poor, only two out of six lights glowing, commode is loosely fixed, foul smell in the bathroom, cleanliness is poor and quilt cover is oversize d resulting in the quilt going out of cover. I had a stay of 12 days which included breakfast which was arranged from the restaurant below, i noticed they limited the cost to rs 50.

Hotal is good and clean, easy to access main road. Good behavior of receptionist.

Rooms are very small with poor hygiene no maintainance at all very unclean rooms. .

Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Basic things like drinking water, toiletries etc are not there. Hot water is available only at specific timings. Lift operation is stopped at night & the staircase door is also locked and we need to call the reception to switch on the lift. Location is good, but hygiene wise needs improvement. May not be suitable for family stay.

I travel-led in many countries hotels and this is the most terrible staff i ever experienced. I had to call police and give a complaint for their rude behaviour.

The hotel provides only three items for complimentary breakfast which is not up to our liking, i asked for a black tea and to my surprise it was not available. Even their ac wasn’t working properly too. It was such a loss for booking a room with breakfast included in the package since breakfast options were very very limited. I’d rather book room without breakfast at a cheaper rate.

Rooms were good but service was not up to the mark. Water bottles are charged with a markup. No 24hr hot water supply.

Stay was good, rooms were neat and clean, staff was always good and cooperative. Overall nice experience
