HOTEL RIFAYA

Reception guys were friendly. Best thing I liked is nobody asked tips, even for service and when vacating too. An hour time extension was given. No guys disturbed us. Cons were free pickup is given by a separate agency guy who charges 500 to 700 for just two kms and frequently calls us for travel. So do not opt for free pickup here. And while drop also they charge more. It is very near to bus stand. As the path is with high slope and sleep also narrow. So it is difficult if free pickup and drop are not given. Thanks to makemytrip which gave discounts. Nights in the HOTEL RIFAYA was more noisy. It disturbed us. Only some selected rooms had heater with it with our same room price. Otherwise hot water will be available from morning 7 - 10 am only. Take care of it while booking. But staying here is really a good value for money I liked the painting fixed to the wall in the room. It was simply awesome. And a good feel to look. They gave a table fan on request. I stayed 3 days in the room. Room service food is affordable with limited items from items available in the menu.

It is at 10 minutes walking distance from Kodaikanal bus stand, but the problem is if you are walking then you can not think of returning late. Hotel is located on a very narrow and dark street. Rooms are OK but not very clean. You can feel some smell in rooms, there is no heater in rooms and blankets are not very fresh. Bathrooms are clean though. Room service is good, but food is not very tasty. But you can try food there if you do not have any other option. One really good thing is HOTEL RIFAYA staff is nice and cooperative. It really adds value to this HOTEL RIFAYA.

Staff was very good, location is near to bus stand and market. Overall HOTEL RIFAYA is very good value for money. Room was neat and clean, 24 hours hot water was available. Staff was very supportive. Especially manager was very polite we reached early to HOTEL RIFAYA but he has rearranged the room em ideally but only one thing book travel attached with HOTEL RIFAYA, he is cheater. We enjoyed the HOTEL RIFAYA.

Good clean small rooms with proximity to bus stand. 1. The approach road to the HOTEL RIFAYA is very narrow which is available from one side and from other side its a giant staircase. 2. Enough parking space after you navigate the narrow road. 3. Good clean small rooms 4. Kitchen was closed for the 2 days of our visit hence cannot comment. 5. Never got a towel from the HOTEL RIFAYA people claiming the rains.

Hotel Rifaya is very excellence from infrastructure to service. Mainly I liked a lot was the tour desk and travel arrangements. Travel like sightseeing of the places in or near Kodaikanal. It's very near from bus stand. Few places like lake, coakers walk, Bryant park are very very near. If you do visit HOTEL RIFAYA Rifaya please hire your guide or cab driver. Please do visit Kodaikanal.

The location of the HOTEL RIFAYA is near to the bus stop and other restaurants. Even though the check in time was mentioned as 11, the HOTEL RIFAYA manager allowed us to check in at 9. Even though the check out was completed at 9 am, the HOTEL RIFAYA manager was courteous enough to grant us a temporary room for a couple of hours to freshen up in the evening before boarding the bus back.

I stayed there for a couple of days with my family and friends. Room size was bit small but good enough. We have booked 3 rooms for 8 people. Very close to the bus stand you can just walk in few minutes. Room had water heater, a small TV and even a locker facility. I would recommend this if you are looking for a budget HOTEL RIFAYA this will be a good choice.

Good HOTEL RIFAYA to stay. Food is also very nice. I booked deluxe room, but there is no hot water in the deluxe room in the announcement hot water is available]. They changed the room and given me a super deluxe room at the same cost where hot water is available. Room price is also not too high. Low budget good HOTEL RIFAYA to stay.

Always very nice. Particularly our management and room service are awesome. Location is very near to bustand ( backside on bustand). Facilities are nice and value for money. In next time I always come with the same HOTEL RIFAYA.

Good travels available in HOTEL RIFAYA for sight seeing. Reasonable and value for money. Food is nice.
Nice and budget accommodation. Near to bus station and lake. I suggest for short stay.

Worth for your money. Nice room and service. Only one drop back they will not manage the water heater facility. That's only one drops for management. If they correct that it's fully worth of your money and happy trip. Totally hmm m noc experience

Excellent. Difficult to go from Busstand to Hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner service. Covered 32 places with less cost. Cost worth able stay. Geysers workig for 24 hrs.

There is a worry about to reach the HOTEL RIFAYA, the HOTEL RIFAYA is suitated at nearby busstand, but the way is to reach the HOTEL RIFAYA is difficult one

Near by Bus stand and Cab facilities provide by HOTEL RIFAYA, waste of money, Cheap and Best.

Excellent service, clean and neat rooms. We stayed there for three days. Amazing climate in Kodaikanal. Chill climate, silent room, with good receptionist. Rooms along with TV, heater, Electronic locker facility etc ... I recommend my friends to visit Kodaikanal and stay on this HOTEL RIFAYA .. Again will go again.

Food is excellent and rates are available prices.
It's good and very clean HOTEL RIFAYA and good service.

Good value for money. Room was okay with normal amenities but the room was a bit small and service was okay. If you need to spend time in Kodaikanal with limited budget you can prefer this HOTEL RIFAYA. Have a good stay.
