Hotel Rigal Blu

Room, amenities, service and cleanliness were good. The reception staff had lack of information on certain norms and was blunt in approach and answering. North Indian restaurant, it's cuisine and food was great. South Indian restaurant, cuisine were OK but the side dishes were not south Indian, it was something else, it lacked the flavor, taste and was alien. The service and the staff was great.

Excellent rooms, cleanliness, service. Really amazing breakfast, with a great variety, quality, and taste. But it should be served with ample sunlight at the Sagar Ratna instead of the spice roots restaurant which is dark without windows and meant mostly for dinner I disliked the lack of windows in the rooms though.

It is located on Ludhiana Chandigarh Road. The room I used to stay was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean with soap towels etc available inside. The room service was also good and fast. The food quality was good and it was hygienic. Overall it was excellent experience of staying there.

Room size should be little bigger. In between two room was connecting door which allows neighbour to listen to your conversation. However total ambience, cleanliness and service given was fantastic. It's value for money. Food quality was really great. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The Hotel Rigal Blu is perfectly located near industrial area. Its a good Hotel Rigal Blu with above average amenities its just the price of food is unreasonably high. The food even doesn't taste that good as compared to price.
Over all its a good Hotel Rigal Blu around that area.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was neat. Linen was clean and ironed. Television was working. Staff were well-behaved. Food is very expensive.

The location Hotel Rigal Blu is very prime as a business traveller as the Hotel Rigal Blu is very near to Focal Point nearly 2-3kms, the nearby traffic is also very less. Apart from that it is on the highway which makes it a premium choice for business travellers.

Stay was nice, breakfast is average need to add sprouts. Good and clean rooms. Good restaurant at property Sagarratna for vegetarian food. Recommend for stay when you want to visit industries in focal point area

Overall it was a good stay but housekeeping and front desk sometimes behave poorly, they don't pick your phone unless you call them 10 times.
