Hotel Rigsel

The hotel is very customer-centric, offering excellent service and hospitality. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are neat, clean, and spacious. Although the food variety is somewhat limited, the taste and quality are very good. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay experience.

Overall a very disappointing experience. The room I had paid for and was confirmed on WhatsApp wasn’t allocated to me. The linen was dirty & torn (especially the towels) The overall service was ok. They charge an additional rs10 on a 20rs bottle of water. The saying about not judging a book by its cover is very true for its place. From the outside it looks like a very well maintained facility but once you enter you’re disappointed.

Rooms average Property and location Good Foods and services are not upto marks, no attention on customers having meals have to call again n again for for basic services same while having dinner and breakfast . According to Location and property the foods amd servicea could be more good

The hotel entry is nice and the place is nice but there's still a lot of potential that needs to be realised, the bathrooms need an upgrade (from shower to lights) and certain utilities like hair dryer, etc. The complimentary breakfast can be improved a bit.

staff is courteous. the property has nice ambience and good rooms. we were the only guest in the property when we visit hence the dinner and the breakfast options where very very limited. we could not test much of the local dishes because of this reason. though the amount of the dinner was paid by us while booking. riverview can be seen from few rooms and from other The other view available. the stay was okay but they have to work on the bathrooms. our bathroom from our room from second floor water was logging. so it was so worst that we have to stand in the waterlogged while taking the shower it was really really horrible.

Pathetic experience with hotel, breakfast buffet was disappointing,also rooms were not clean and unhygienic,I won't recommend dis hotel to anybody

Never to visit again. Room locks are terrible.rooms are stingy. Food quality is very poor and costly.No any other amenities for kids compare to the rate

A lovely place to stay the hotel is very very clean food awesome staff extremely polite down to earth the word no is not there it’s yes yes the rooms are very very clean and so are the linens I stayed in room no 204 and stay during rerun at 215 .

The room was clean and quite huge. The view from hotel was incredible surrounded by foggy mountains, river and kiwi plantation. It was quite and serene. Hotel staff was helpful. Food served in buffet dinner and breakfast had less options but was tasty.

The hotel is fine. But the floor should be cleaner and wifi is very bad. At a 3 star hotel these should be taken care of. Apart from that everything is fine.

It was a wonderful experience staying in JIRONI resort. Every thing is good except they need to improve their WiFi . WiFi is not available in the rooms. Moreover food also needs a little improvement.

Good hotel to stay for 1 night, food was good however breakfast could have more options at this price

Hotel rigsel is possibly the best hotel in dirang, and expensive too. The rooms are large, well appointed too. They have a heating system which is a must in winters. The internet is very patchy and it works in the reception area, but not in the room (at least the one that was allotted to me. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, they don’t serve fruits, and the spread was very frugal. I am sure they can do better. The approach road to the hotel is like an off-roading experience.

Excellent stay in dirang. The hotel is the best in the locality. Lobby has high ceiling with beautifully decorated wall. Rooms are large and comfortable with good heating. Staff very polite.

A great property with great views and amazing service in dirang. It is difficult to find the way to it and you need to speak to the staff to reach there duly but once you reach there than you are in a different world altogether. It is a new property with clean and rooms with good amenities. Do not miss it as you can see the flowing river from here from your room balcony

The hotel is great. Property is huge. Its the biggest hotel in dhirang. Looks like a five star hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The only problem however, is that the bathroom had a weird smell. I requested them to change the room, but they said they are fully booked and could not accommodate. As a temporary solution they applied some spray but that only suppressed the smell for sometime. So overall, i wouldn’t recommend this place if you are particular about washrooms and hygiene.
