Hotel Rimi International

Stayed 4 nights at Rimi international, agartala during my recent leisure trip to tripura. Location: the Hotel Rimi International is very well-located, on the same street as the national school of drama and the purbasha state handicrafts emporium. The street is much quieter than the busy main streets of Agartala, ensuring that the rooms are free of traffic noise at night, yet at the same time just about a 200 metres walk takes you right to a main street with lots of shopping and eating opportunities. The ujjayanta palace is within walking distance (the entrance is only over a kilometre from the Hotel Rimi International) and the main shopping areas can be easily reached either on foot or with short autorickshaw rides (autos/battery-rickshaws are very inexpensive and easy to hire in agartala) room: the room was spacious and exactly what is expected in a mid-range Hotel Rimi International. The bed was comfortable and the linen spotlessly clean. There was a refrigerator, and an electric-kettle with the necessary supplies for tea/coffee was provided. Temperature control in the room was excellent. The bathroom was very clean with brand-new fittings and a shower cubicle. Shower water pressure was very good and hot water was available round the clock. All basic toiletries were provided, which were carefully replenished every day. Housekeeping was done daily and meticulously. Most tourist sites in tripura outside of agartala require long travel and it was really very relaxing to step into the clean and cozy room at the end of a long day trip, take a rejuvenating hot shower, and enjoy a good night’s sleep, before the next morning’s trip. Breakfast: the breakfast spread was sufficient with several hot dish options, bread, choice of juices, fruits, cereals, cakes and tea/coffee. Hospitality: all the staff members i interacted with, at the front desk, in the restaurant, the housekeeping staff, the security, were very courteous and helpful. I had called up the Hotel Rimi International a couple of days before my arrival for a special request for my room. When i arrived at the Hotel Rimi International, the manager, mr mitra, informed me that he had personally already taken care of my request. He also connected me to a reliable and very punctual cab driver at very short notice, so that i was able to fully utilise my day of arrival. I am extremely glad that i had chosen rim i international for my stay in agartala. This choice enabled me to pack in all the site seeing trips i had planned in tripura, and yet return home completely relaxed and refreshed after a fantastic holiday in this wonderful state of india.

Location is pretty well. Within reachable limits of market and some other local places. Hygiene is okay. Cleaning of materials kept in corridor to be checked more frequently. Safety standards seem to be good except tripping of electricity sometimes. Food taste is very average and definitely needs improvement. Breakfast spread is lovely but again taste can be better. And lastly need to be little flexible on client request for takeaways. Overall nice stay.

Good Hotel Rimi International in centre city i stayed there with my wife for 3 nights they have given me a good and big superior room it was clean and up to mark. Breakfast very good with many varieties and tasty day started happily staff was very good and comfortable for their services. Definitely i recommend this Hotel Rimi International. The Hotel Rimi International is situated equidistant from the airport as well as touristy spots. The room is simple and small but it is equipped with technology that makes you go “wow”. The room service was quick and the staff were courteous. Ps: if you are staying here, walk to the purbasha handicrafts emporium and check out well-made bamboo crafts.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, overall well equipped Hotel Rimi International with a restaurant downstairs. Check in was seamless and quick and my concerns were immediately solved by calling right away! i was concerned a little about the safety as i visited solo as a woman but i’m assured now! would visit again !

Rooms were spacious and clean. While checking out it was raining. The Hotel Rimi International stuff were very helpful to provide their umbrella and taxi to drop us nearby location.
