Hotel Rio Grand(In house Parking)

The hotel was awesome. The location is the best.the staff of the hotel is very polite and cooperative. The room was very neat and clean.. overall we can say ,it's awesome without any doubt. go for it.

The hotel receives no sunlight making it damp and cold and smelly. The hotel on renovation with drilling constantly with no prior information

No hot water supply at night, no tv single at hotel due to construction work please do not book this hotel to any body till complete of construction work

. Most of the property was under construction. rooms were dirty and so was the bed linens etc. It looked like a C grade hotel.

My room was on ground floor so there was too much noise of staff at night. There are wooden stairs above bathroom of room no 107 so there is too much noise when anyone climb the stairs of that hotel. Food quality was ok but it finished before time so i could not ate my breakfast. Overall bad experience to stay at this hotel

Services is very much poor compre to room rent. They are not providing any pickup and drop facilities for mall road as given in description. Distance is 2. 7 km from mall road. There is no television in the room. They had not provided a room heater on repeated request. There are too much damp in rooms and it is under renovation. No proper lights on the corridor. It is not a three star hotel. Morning breakfast quality is very much poor, including with room. Room rent is half when you directly visit this property.

Worst experience....they don’t have intercom facilities...they just give mobile number n they won’t pick it up in the morning when we need hot water. ...washroom was very stinky....floor was not properly cleaned.

Location and price for value is not upto standard

The housekeeping is not good, although servicing also not on time, complementary items also not available

Cleaning of room, dirty lenin, washrooms very unhygienic was not as per standards, the room was stinking, i have to ask for a change of room then they did change the room but again the room was in same condition which is not for benefit of guest.

No facilities available as per shown during room booking service. I have to suggest naver book that hotel, restorent service available during booking but only time limitation period.

It was terrible, the toilet was dirty, the mirror was broken, the room was smelling of one foul smell, there were stains on bedsheets. It was the most terrible experience

This stay of mine was wonderful with all the very supportive group of staffs. This hotel is at proper location also which was very convenient for me. Rooms and services was excellent also. The view I had from my room was heavenly.

Hotel food is ok and staff is also helpful but food option is very limited due to this is off season premium room is good but little improvement require

Property location is perfect and outside from market and it's around 2 km far from naini lake and mall road, also food is good but limit d option available

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality. Bed is broken and beds have bugs in it. Gloomy ambience. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. Only reason to book is its proximity for peace. Otherwise guys don& book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst.

Overall the things are good, we reach over here to search the hotels on makemytrip after reviews i booked this hotel. I reached here through the bike from naini jheel, the hotels facilities are good.

Don’t book this hotel they are far away from other places even they don’t have any restaurant. In breakfast they just give you poha so no need of booking breakfast with room
